本发明公开了一种涂覆型汽车用密封条植绒带制备方法,包括如下步骤:步骤S1:采用水性聚氨酯树脂和异氰酸酯固化剂作为双组分涂覆涂料;步骤S2:将调配好的涂料加入胶槽内,调整滚涂的厚度,在汽车用密封条植绒带绒面上进行涂胶;步骤S3:将涂覆好涂料的植绒带放进烘箱进行固化;步骤S4:对固化后的汽车用玻璃密封条植绒带进行收卷分切。本发明提供的涂覆型汽车用密封条植绒带制备方法,能够大大提升封条植绒带的耐磨性能和憎水性能,降低了封条植绒带的表面摩擦系数。

涂覆型汽车用密封条植绒带制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种密封条植绒带制备方法,尤其涉及一种涂覆型汽车用密封条植绒带制备方法。
背景技术
汽车行业的飞速发展,对车用密封条的各种性能提出了更高的要求。科学技术的发展,新材料、新工艺的应用,为密封条行业的发展提供了发展空间。对密封条的要求不仅仅停留在连接性、密封性、装饰性三大功能上,对汽车用玻璃密封条植绒带提出了新的要求。
对汽车用玻璃密封条植绒带的耐磨性能、憎水性能、摩擦系数等成汽车用玻璃密封条植绒带关注重点。
此外,汽车用密封植绒带通过密封条基体本身高温粘接,配合汽车用玻璃密封条生产,在线直接植绒带贴在密封条上的。植绒带在生产过程中,由于包装和使用长度,不可避免的出现接头,一般植绒带产品采用胶带对接。但是使用过程中,由于密封条挤出的高温在挤出口模处温度可达到170℃±15℃。植绒带接头使用胶带对接会出现以下问题:1)胶带在高温下快速老化,粘结强度降低,接头处出现断裂或移位;2)用胶带对接厚度增加,接头处汽车用玻璃密封条植绒带变硬,在贴合时容易卡断,造成在贴合过程中密封条断线报废,所以汽车用玻璃密封条植绒带接头的耐温方面有很高的要求,胶带价格高;3)由于接头处胶带无法贴合与密封条表面贴合,有接头的样件必须报废,造成成本增加。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种涂覆型汽车用密封条植绒带制备方法,能够大大提升封条植绒带的耐磨性能和憎水性能,降低了封条植绒带的表面摩擦系数。
本发明为解决上述技术问题而采用的技术方案是提供一种涂覆型汽车用密封条植绒带制备方法,包括如下步骤:步骤S1:采用水性聚氨酯树脂和异氰酸酯固化剂作为双组分涂覆涂料;步骤S2:将调配好的涂料加入胶槽内,调整滚涂的厚度,在汽车用密封条植绒带绒面上进行涂胶;步骤S3:将涂覆好涂料的植绒带放进烘箱进行固化;步骤S4;对固化后的汽车用玻璃密封条植绒带进行收卷分切。
上述的涂覆型汽车用密封条植绒带制备方法,其中,所述步骤S1将水性聚氨酯树脂和异氰酸酯固化剂按比例进行调配。
上述的涂覆型汽车用密封条植绒带制备方法,其中,所述步骤S2中汽车用密封条植绒带的厚度为0.4mm~0.75mm,宽度为10cm~150cm,每平方米涂料用量为10g~100g,涂层湿膜厚度为0.01mm~0.1mm。
上述的涂覆型汽车用密封条植绒带制备方法,其中,所述步骤S3中烘箱固化的温度为50℃~100℃。
上述的涂覆型汽车用密封条植绒带制备方法,其中,所述汽车用密封条植绒带绒面材质为聚酯纤维、尼龙纤维或聚乙烯纤维。
上述的涂覆型汽车用密封条植绒带制备方法,其中,所述步骤S4还包括如下步骤:步骤S41:将密封条植绒带对接处重合,一侧对齐后进行裁切;步骤S42:将裁切平整的对接处进行定位;步骤S43:用高频对接机进行高频熔接;步骤S44:用高频对接机进行定型,制得密封条植绒带的接头。
上述的涂覆型汽车用密封条植绒带制备方法,其中,所述步骤S42中两端重合的宽度范围为0.1~0.8mm,所述密封条植绒带的宽度为20cm~60cm。
上述的涂覆型汽车用密封条植绒带制备方法,其中,所述步骤S43中熔接的电流0.8A~1.2A,熔接时间1~5秒,熔接频率27MHz;所述步骤S44中定型时间1~10秒。
本发明对比现有技术有如下的有益效果:本发明提供的涂覆型汽车用密封条植绒带制备方法,能够大大提升封条植绒带的耐磨性能和憎水性能,降低了封条植绒带的表面摩擦系数。此外,本发明的汽车用玻璃密封条植绒带的接头处理方法,制得的汽车用玻璃密封条植绒带接头耐高温性好,拉伸强度强,不易断裂,不易卡带的特点,接头工艺操作简单,接头处无需进行报废直接可以使用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。
图1为本发明涂覆型汽车用密封条植绒带制备流程示意图;图2为本发明使用的涂覆制备装置结构示意图。
请参见图1和图2,本发明提供的涂覆型汽车用密封条植绒带制备方法,包括涂覆涂料调配、将涂覆涂料滚涂于汽车用密封条植绒带、低温固化、收卷成品,具体步骤如下:
步骤S1:采用水性聚氨酯树脂和异氰酸酯固化剂作为双组分涂覆涂料;
步骤S2:将调配好的涂料加入胶槽1内,利用胶辊2调整滚涂的厚度,在汽车用密封条植绒带绒面上用刮刀3和压辊4进行涂胶;所述汽车用密封条植绒带的厚度为0.4mm~0.75mm,宽度为10cm~150cm,每平方米涂料用量为10g~100g,涂层湿膜厚度为0.01mm~0.1mm;
步骤S3:将涂覆好涂料的植绒带通过输送带6放进烘箱5进行固化;固化温度可根据速度和烘箱长度依次升温到50℃~100℃;
步骤S4;对固化后的汽车用玻璃密封条植绒带进行收卷,按客户要求的宽度尺寸进行分切。图2中7为放卷装置,8为收卷装置,最后形成的涂覆型汽车用密封条植绒带结构如图3所示,底膜面10上为绒毛面20,绒毛面20材质为聚酯纤维、尼龙纤维或聚乙烯纤维;绒毛面20上均匀涂布有涂层30。
汽车用玻璃密封条植绒带分别用本发明的植绒带和普通植绒带,采用同一设备同一检测方法进行检测,其性能测试对比如下表所示。

请继续参见图4和图5,本发明还提供一种汽车用玻璃密封条植绒带的接头熔接方法,依序包括下述步骤:采用高频熔接的方法,即接头工艺依序为:汽车用玻璃密封条植绒带裁切、密封条植绒带对接处两端定位、高频熔接、定型、成品。具体包括:
步骤S41:将汽车用玻璃密封条植绒带裁切;
步骤S42:将汽车用玻璃密封条植绒带接头两端进行定位;所述的汽车用玻璃密封条植绒带接头接驳二端重合的宽度在0.1-0.8mm,最佳范围为0.3-0.5mm;
步骤S43:将汽车用玻璃密封条植绒带接头进行高频熔接;熔接的电流0.8A~1.2A,熔接频率27MHz,熔接时间1-5秒,最佳时间范围为2-3秒;定型时间1~10秒,最佳时间范围为2-3秒;
步骤S44;将汽车用玻璃密封条植绒带接头进行定型,制得接头成品。
在上述方案基础上,所述的汽车用玻璃密封条植绒带接头接驳未使用其它材质的辅料,也无需进行其它处理就可直接高频对接。所述的汽车用玻璃密封条植绒带密封条植绒带绒毛材质为聚酯纤维材质、尼龙纤维、聚乙烯都可以使用此项工艺;所述的汽车用玻璃密封条植绒带密封条植绒带底膜材质为聚氯乙烯材质、聚丙烯或改性聚丙烯都可以使用此项工艺。所述的汽车用玻璃密封条植绒带接头宽度在5mm-500mm,最佳范围为200mm-400mm。
植绒带接头实施方式一:
第一步:将汽车用玻璃密封条植绒带裁切;
第二步:将汽车用玻璃密封条植绒带接头二端进行定位,接驳两端重合的宽度0.3-0.5mm;
第三步:将汽车用玻璃密封条植绒带接头进行高频熔接,熔接的电流0.8A~1.2A,熔接时间为2-3秒,定型时间为2-3秒;
第四步;将汽车用玻璃密封条植绒带接头进行定型,定型时间为2-3秒制得接头成品。
汽车用玻璃密封条植绒带分别用本发明的高频对接工艺和高温胶带接驳,其性能测试对比如下表所示(测试条件:高温130℃/3min)。
植绒带接头实施方式二:
第一步:将汽车用玻璃密封条植绒带裁切;
第二步:将汽车用玻璃密封条植绒带接头一端的绒毛去除,宽度0.3-0.5mm;
第三步:将汽车用玻璃密封条植绒带接头绒毛去除一端重合放置在另一端的底膜处进行定位,接驳二端重合的宽度0.3-0.5mm;
第四步;将汽车用玻璃密封条植绒带接头进行高频熔接,熔接的电流0.8A~1.2A,熔接时间为2-3秒,定型时间为2-3秒;
第五步;将汽车用玻璃密封条植绒带接头进行定型,定型时间为2-3秒制得接头成品。
综上所述,本发明提供的涂覆型汽车用密封条植绒带制备方法,能够大大提升封条植绒带的耐磨性能和憎水性能,降低了封条植绒带的表面摩擦系数。此外,本发明的汽车用玻璃密封条植绒带的接头处理方法,制得的汽车用玻璃密封条植绒带接头具有耐温,拉伸强度强,不易断裂,不易卡带的特点。具体有效效果如下:1、本发明的汽车用玻璃密封条植绒带接头工艺简便使用,产品表面柔软。2、本发明的汽车用玻璃密封条植绒带可耐170℃±15℃高温而且使用方便。3、本发明的汽车用玻璃密封条植绒带耐温,性能优异,减少了植绒带接头断裂的几率,增加了汽车用玻璃密封条的产品利用率。4、本发明的汽车用玻璃密封条植绒带接头工艺可以有效降低成本。

1.一种涂覆型汽车用密封条植绒带制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
步骤S1:采用水性聚氨酯树脂和异氰酸酯固化剂作为双组分涂覆涂料;
步骤S2:将调配好的涂料加入胶槽内,调整滚涂的厚度,在汽车用密封条植绒带绒面上进行涂胶;
步骤S3:将涂覆好涂料的植绒带放进烘箱进行固化;
步骤S4:对固化后的汽车用玻璃密封条植绒带进行收卷分切。
2.如权利要求1所述的涂覆型汽车用密封条植绒带制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S1将水性聚氨酯树脂和异氰酸酯固化剂按比例进行调配。
3.如权利要求1所述的涂覆型汽车用密封条植绒带制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S2中汽车用密封条植绒带的厚度为0.4mm~0.75mm,宽度为10cm~150cm,每平方米涂料用量为10g~100g,涂层湿膜厚度为0.01mm~0.1mm。
