- the conductive heating pattern has a pattern area of a figure having an asymmetric structure of 10% or more with respect to the total conductive heating pattern area.
- the conductive heating pattern is a boundary line shape of the figures forming the Voronoi diagram, at least one of the lines connecting the center point of the figure forming the Voronoi diagram with the center point of the adjacent figure forming the boundary with the figure is the remaining lines. It is preferable that the pattern area different from the length is 10% or more with respect to the total conductive heating pattern area.
- the area provided with the conductive heating pattern in the form of a boundary line of the figures constituting the Voronoi diagram is preferably 30% or more with respect to the total area of the transparent substrate. At least a part of the surface of the transparent base material not provided with the conductive heating pattern in the form of a boundary line of the figures constituting the Voronoi diagram may be provided in the conductive heating pattern of another form.
- the line constituting the conductive heating pattern in the form of a boundary line of the figures constituting the Voronoi diagram may be a straight line, but various modifications such as curved lines, wavy lines, and zigzag lines are possible.
- the conductive heating pattern may be formed by a printing, a photolithography process, a photography process, or the like.
- the heating element and the heating glass laminate according to the present invention have a conductive heating pattern in the form of a boundary line of figures constituting the Voronoi diagram, and may minimize side effects due to diffraction and interference of a single light source after sunset.
- the laminate is a conductive heating pattern in the form of a boundary line of the figures constituting the Voronoi diagram, the pattern shape is easily designed through the Voronoi generator, as described below, and then printed, photolithography, photography, etc. Since it can form, a process is easy and cost is low.
- intersections of the boundary lines which are the points where two or more boundary lines of the conductive heating pattern meet each other, are rounded and have a curved shape, they have little effect on the overall transmittance while solving the problem of reducing the line width or disconnection around the intersection portion.
- the surface resistance can be lowered, thereby improving the heating characteristics.
- 1 and 2 are examples of forming a conductive heating pattern of a heating glass by using the Voronoi diagrams of the present invention according to the first and second embodiments.
- 3 is a schematic diagram showing an offset printing process.
- FIG. 4 illustrates an example in which a conductive heating pattern of a heating glass is formed using a Voronoi diagram in which no intersection is rounded.
- FIG. 5 illustrates an example in which a conductive heating pattern of the heating glass is formed by using a Voronoi diagram in which the intersection is rounded.
- the heating element and the heating glass laminate according to the present invention are conductive heating patterns in the form of boundary lines of figures constituting the Voronoi diagram, and the line widths around the intersections of the boundary lines which are points where two or more boundary lines meet each other when printing the pattern are reduced.
- the intersection portion comprises a conductive heating pattern having a curved (curve) form.
- the conductive heating pattern in the form of a boundary line of figures forming the Voronoi diagram, side effects due to diffraction and interference of light can be minimized.
- Voronoi diagram if you place a point called Voronoi diagram generator in the area you want to fill, each point fills the area closest to the point compared to the distance from other points. Pattern in a way. For example, suppose that a large discount store in the country is displayed as a dot and consumers go to the nearest large discount store. That is, when the space is filled with a regular hexagon and each point of the regular hexagon is selected as a Voronoi generator, the honeycomb structure may be the conductive heating pattern.
- the pattern derived from the generator is used by regularly or irregularly positioning the Voronoi diagram generator, and by processing the intersection of the boundary lines, the intersection part has a curved shape. .
- a pitting phenomenon may occur to reduce the line width of the wiring after printing.
- the intersection of the boundary lines between the patterns may be rounded, thereby surrounding the intersection portion. While solving the problem of reducing the line width or disconnection caused by the dent phenomenon, the line resistance can be lowered by increasing the line width of the intersection itself without affecting the overall transmittance, thereby improving heat generation characteristics.
- the computer program may be implemented through changes in the computer program.
- an intersection point exists between two lines. Assuming that each of the two lines is a random angle 2a, you can draw a centerline between the two lines. If you change the radius of the arc (see Figure 1), you can always draw a circle by calculating the distance from the intersection to the other line at a constant distance always along the centerline. If an arc close to the intersection is selected at this point, this becomes the rounding process for FIG.
- the round processing can be performed by fixing the radius.
- the round processing is excessive when the angle between two lines forming the intersection point is large. This can be done by drawing the centerline of the intersection and the two lines that make up the intersection, and creating a circle passing through the centerline at a certain distance from the intersection. In other words, if the angle formed by the two lines forming the intersection is large, the radius of the circle may be reduced, and if the angle is smaller, the radius may be rounded.
- the round means a curved shape where the intersection portion has a radius of curvature of 0.1 to 5 times the pattern line width.
- a curved shape having a radius of curvature in the above range a high sheet resistance after firing the printed material due to the intersection part at the time of printing can be prevented, and the effect of the same transmittance and reflectivity can be obtained.
- the conventional conductive heating pattern uses only a very regular pattern such as a grid method or a linear method.
- a regular pattern is used as described above, light diffraction and interference fringes may appear due to a difference in refractive index between the conductive heating pattern and the glass.
- the patterns are maximized by a single light source that exists after sunset, such as a headlight or a streetlight of an automobile. These phenomena have a problem that can increase the safety and fatigue of the driver.
- the patterns are completely irregular, there may be a difference between small and dense areas in the distribution of lines. Such a distribution of lines may cause a noticeable problem no matter how thin the line width is.
- a Voronoi diagram generator when generating a Voronoi diagram generator, regularity and irregularity can be properly balanced. For example, after designating an area of a certain size as a basic unit for the area to be patterned, a point is generated so that the distribution of points in the basic unit is irregular, and then a Voronoi pattern may be manufactured. Using this method, the visual distribution can be compensated by preventing the distribution of lines from being concentrated at any one point.
- the opening ratio of the pattern is preferably constant in the unit area.
- the unit area when borough uniformly control the number per unit area of the noise diagram generator is preferably 5cm 2 or less and, more preferably not more than 1cm 2.
- Number per unit area of the Voronoi diagram generator is 25-2500 pieces / cm 2 is not preferred, and is more preferably from 100-2000 pieces / cm 2.
- At least one of the figures constituting the pattern within the unit area may have a shape different from the remaining figures.
- the conductive heating pattern may be formed such that a pattern area formed of figures having an asymmetric structure is 10% or more with respect to the entire pattern area, or the center point of an adjacent figure that forms a center point of one figure that forms a Voronoi diagram with the figure. At least one of the lines connected to and formed to have a pattern area different in length from the other lines to be 10% or more with respect to the total conductive heating pattern area, thereby minimizing the side effect of the diffraction and interference of the light.
- a Voronoi diagram generator determines the desired pattern shape, by using a printing method, a photolithography method, a photography method, etc., a thin line width and a precise conductive heating pattern can be formed on a transparent substrate.
- the Voronoi diagram generator refers to points arranged to form a Voronoi diagram as described above.
- the printing method may be performed by transferring a paste containing a conductive heating material onto a transparent substrate in the form of a desired pattern and then baking the paste.
- the transfer method is not particularly limited, but the pattern shape may be formed on a pattern transfer medium such as an intaglio or a screen, and a desired pattern may be transferred onto the transparent substrate using the pattern shape.
- the method of forming a pattern shape on the pattern transfer medium may use a method known in the art.
- the printing method is not particularly limited, and printing methods such as offset printing, screen printing, and gravure printing may be used.
- Offset printing may be performed by filling a paste on a patterned intaglio and then performing a primary transfer with a silicone rubber called a blanket, and then performing a secondary transfer by bringing the blanket and the transparent substrate into close contact with each other.
- Screen printing may be performed by placing the paste on a patterned screen and then placing the paste on the substrate directly through the screen where the space is empty while pushing the squeegee.
- Gravure printing may be performed by winding a blanket engraved with a pattern on a roll, filling a paste into a pattern, and then transferring the transparent substrate.
- the above schemes as well as the above schemes may be used in combination. It is also possible to use a printing method known to those skilled in the art.
- the intaglio may be manufactured by precisely etching a glass having a desired conductive heating pattern engraved thereon, or may be metal or DLC (Diamond-like Carbon) coating on the glass surface for durability.
- the intaglio may be produced by etching a metal plate.
- an offset printing method is preferable.
- 3 illustrates an offset printing method.
- the blanket is firstly transferred by rotating the blanket, and the second step is performed on the glass surface by rotating the blanket as the second step.
- the photolithography step is not limited to the printing method described above.
- a conductive heating pattern material layer is formed on the entire surface of the transparent substrate, a photoresist layer is formed thereon, the photoresist layer is patterned by a selective exposure and development process, and then the patterned photoresist is formed.
- the layer may be used as a mask to pattern the conductive heating pattern material layer and to remove the photoresist layer.
