図4に示すように、該ピン部材15の基端部16は、上側モニター金具2(2A)の長孔6に係合されるように径が設定され、また、該ピン部材15の支持ピン17は、下側モニター金具2(2B)の長孔6に係合されるように径が設定されている。また、上側及び下側モニター金具2の長孔6内に、ブラケット11のピン部材15を挿通させた場合には、図4に示すように、上側モニター金具2(2A)の板状体5が、フレーム10に固定されたブラケット11の板状体14で支持されるように、これらモニター金具2とブラケット11の縦方向(矢印C-D方向)の位置関係が設定されている。
そして、ブラケット11へのモニター金具2の配置によって、上側モニター金具2(2A)の長孔6に挿通されるブラケット11の支持ピン17の上部は空いた状態となり、該支持ピン17に対して、さらに別の表示装置1を係合させることができる。すなわち、図5に示されるように、該支持ピン17を活用して、最初に設置した表示装置1(図5に符号1aで示す)の上方側に別の表示装置1(図5に符号1bで示す)を位置させ、かつ当該表示装置1(1b)のモニター金具2を構成している下側モニター金具2(2B)の長孔6を、該支持ピン17の長さ方向に沿う中間部17Aに位置させるようにすれば、当該ブラケット11を、少なくとも上下2台の表示装置1(1a・1b)に共用することが可能となる。
また、図6は2台の表示装置1(1A・1B)を隣接配置する場合の例であるが、その台数は特に限定されない。隣接配置する表示装置の台数を3台以上にする場合には、隣接箇所するに位置する2つのモニター金具2とそれに対応するブラケット11との位置関係は、図6に示した2つのモニター金具2とそれに対応するブラケット11(ピン部材15A、ピン部材15B)と同じにする。このとき、矢印A-B方向に沿って横並びに表示装置1を配置する場合のブラケット11の使用個数は、「表示装置1の台数×2+2」個となる。
そして、このようなL型金具40では、図9に示すように、小径の長孔6を有する板状体42を表示装置1の背面1´に固定し、かつ大径の長孔6を有する板状体41を表示装置1の背面1´から突出させることによって、上側モニター金具2(2A)を構成することができる。この場合、L字金具40の板状体41が、上側モニター金具2(2A)の板状体5となる。
また、取付方向を変更する、すなわち、大径の長孔6を有する板状体41を表示装置1の背面1´に固定し、かつ小径の長孔6を有する板状体42を表示装置1の背面1´から突出させることによって、下側モニター金具2(2B)を構成することができる。この場合、L字金具40の板状体42が、下側モニター金具2(2B)の板状体5となる。
図10は、本発明の第2実施形態に係わる多画面表示装置の上面図である。第2実施形態に示される多画面表示装置が、第1実施形態と異なるのは、複数台の表示画面1(1C・1D)を、上方から視た平面視の場合において、正方形状となるようにした配置の形態にある。
具体的には、モニター金具2の長孔6が挿通されるブラケット11は、板状体14上に一対のピン部材15を設けることにより構成されるものであるが、本実施形態では、上下一対のブラケット11を2組(該ブラケットを符号11A・11Aとする)、表示装置1におけるモニター金具2の設置間隔に対応してフレーム10に配置し、さらに同様のもう2組のブラケット11(該ブラケットを符号11B・11Bとする)を、表示装置1におけるモニター金具2の設置間隔に対応して、先のブラケット11A・11Aに平行となるようにフレーム10に追加配置するものである。なお、この場合、ブラケット11は、先の実施形態の図4及び図5に示されるような、上下一対を1組とし、従って、2組では合計4個のブラケット11を使用することになる。
すなわち、フレーム10に対して4台の表示装置1(1C・1D)が平面視、正方形を形成するように、4組のブラケット11A・11A・11B・11B(合計で8個のブラケットを使用)を配置し、これによって該ブラケット11A・11A・11B・11Bにモニター金具2を介して取り付けられる4台の表示装置1(1C・1D)を、平面視、正方形となるように配置可能とする。
図11及び図12は、本発明の第3実施形態に係わる多画面表示装置の平面図である。第3実施形態に示される多画面表示装置が、先の実施形態と異なる点は、モニター金具2とブラケット11とを連結するネジ30・31を設けた点である。
そして、このような構成によって、モニター金具2の板状体5に対するネジ31の螺合位置を適宜、調整することによって、表示装置1の上下位置を調整することができ、これによって上下に隣接配置される表示装置1との間に隙間を発生させず、該表示装置を正確に位置決め及び固定することが可能となる。
Claims (9)
- 表示装置の背面に設けられた第1支持部材を、取付台座に設けられた第2支持部材に係合させることにより、該取付台座に対して複数台の前記表示装置を隣接配置して、大画面を形成する多画面表示装置であって、
前記第1支持部材は、前記表示装置の背面から突出するように設けられた表示側支持板と、該表示側支持板に前記表示装置の横方向に沿うように形成された長孔とを有するモニター金具が、前記表示装置の背面角部に配置されてなるものであり、
前記第2支持部材は、前記第1支持部材に対応する位置に前記取付台座に垂直に設けられた固定側支持板と、該固定側支持板に縦方向に立設されて前記第1支持部材の長孔に挿通されるピン部材と、を具備し、
前記第1支持部材のモニター金具は、前記表示装置の上側の背面角部に配置された一対の上側モニター金具と、前記表示装置の下側の背面角部に配置された一対の下側モニター金具とから構成され、
前記第2支持部材のピン部材は、前記固定側支持板上に設けられた大径の基端部と、該基端部に縦方向に立設された小径の支持ピンとから構成され、
前記上側モニター金具の長孔は、前記ピン部材の基端部に係合されるように幅寸法が設定され、また、前記下側モニター金具の長孔は、前記ピン部材の支持ピンに係合されるように幅寸法が設定され、
前記第1支持部材を第2支持部材に係合させた場合に、前記上側モニター金具の長孔が前記ピン部材の基端部に係合されるとともに、該上側モニター金具の表示側支持板が、前記第2支持部材の固定側支持板に支持され、さらに前記下側モニター金具の長孔が、前記ピン部材の支持ピンの長さ方向に沿う中間部に配置されることを特徴とする多画面表示装置の固定構造。 - 前記第2支持部材のピン部材は、前記固定側支持板上に横方向に間隔をおいて設けられた一対の大径の基端部と、該基端部のそれぞれに縦方向に立設された小径の支持ピンとから構成され、
少なくとも2台の表示装置を横方向に隣接配置した場合に、一方側の表示装置に設けられた第1支持部材の長孔に、前記第2支持部材の一方側のピン部材を挿通し、かつ他方側の表示装置に設けられた第1支持部材の長孔に、前記第2支持部材の他方側のピン部材を挿通させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多画面表示装置の固定構造。 - 前記第1支持部材の表示側支持板及び前記第2支持部材の固定側支持板には、前記第1支持部材の表示側支持板に形成された長孔に、前記ピン部材を挿通した状態で、これら表示側支持板と固定側支持板とを互いに締結するネジが設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多画面表示装置の固定構造。
- 前記第1支持部材はL型金具によって構成され、
該L型金具の一方側の板状体は、前記ピン部材の基端部に係合されるように幅寸法が設定された大径の長孔を有する上側モニター金具の表示側支持板を構成し、また、該L型金具の他方側の板状体は、前記ピン部材の支持ピンに係合されるように幅寸法が設定された小径の長孔を有する下側モニター金具の表示側支持板を構成する、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の多画面表示装置の固定構造。 - 取付台座に対して複数台の表示装置を隣接配置して、大画面を形成する多画面表示装置の固定方法であって、
前記表示装置の背面角部に、前記表示装置の背面から突出するように設けられた表示側支持板と、該表示側支持板に前記表示装置の横方向に沿うように形成された長孔とからなるモニター金具を配置し、
前記取付台座に固定側支持板を介して設けられたピン部材を、表示装置の背面に設けられたモニター金具の長孔に挿通し、かつ該長孔に対するピン部材の位置を、該長孔の長さ方向に沿って調整することによって、該表示装置の横方向のずれを調整することを特徴とする多画面表示装置の固定方法。 - 前記モニター金具は、前記表示装置の上側の背面角部に配置された一対の上側モニター金具と、前記表示装置の下側の背面角部に配置された一対の下側モニター金具とし、
前記上側及び下側モニター金具の長孔内に、前記取付台座に固定側支持板を介して設けられたピン部材を挿通させた状態で、前記上側モニター金具の表示側支持板を、前記取付台座に固定された固定側支持板で支持することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の多画面表示装置の固定方法。 - 前記取付台座に固定された固定側支持板、及び該固定側支持板で支持された上側モニター金具の表示側支持板にネジを螺合することで、これら固定側支持板及び表示側支持板を連結することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の多画面表示装置の固定方法。
- 少なくとも2台の前記表示装置が横方向に隣接配置される箇所の前記取付台座に、一対のピン部材を横方向に近接配置し、
一方側の表示装置に設けられたモニター金具の長孔に、前記一方側のピン部材を挿通し、かつ他方側の表示装置に設けられたモニター金具の長孔に、前記他方側のピン部材を挿通させることを特徴とする請求項5乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の多画面表示装置の固定方法。 - 前記モニター金具の長孔が挿通される一対のピン部材を近接配置することにより支持部材を形成し、
該支持部材を、前記表示装置の横方向に沿って配置されたモニター金具の長孔の設置間隔に対応して複数配置することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の多画面表示装置の固定方法。
