Definitions

  • the sunscreen type "Hollywood swing” offers the possibilities of location setting only to a limited extent.
  • the frame must here consist of two frame parts which are to be inclined independently of one another. These parts require for their position adjustment four additional, largely independent struts with corresponding pressure
  • the invention is based on the problem of covering the stopping area to be protected as constantly as possible while changing the position of the sun during the course of the day.
  • the constructive differentiator to the "Hollywood swing” is that the ridge bar of the present invention does not coincide with the hinge axis of the frame, and this modified arrangement provides significant benefits in terms of use.
  • the structural difference with respect to the above-mentioned "roll-up sunroof” is that in the present invention a closed one-piece frame with continuous stems is used.
  • the one-piece frame essentially stabilizes itself and requires only two rotatable and one lockable bearing point statically Among other things, the determination can be made by only a statically necessary strut .
  • This is compared to the "roll-up sunroof” advantage in reducing the constructive effort and increasing the robustness of the construction , In addition, a faster handling of the device is made possible.
  • the choice of the one-piece frame is made possible by consciously dispensing with the possibility of rolling up the string construction in favor of the stated advantages.
  • a possible rolling up of the fabric itself for example in the axis of a frame bolt and for the purpose of regulating the fabric tension, remains unaffected.
  • the stringing frame can be freely moved and adjusted symmetrically or asymmetrically in a large positional area according to the position of the sun. Due to the position of the frame independent positioning of the ridge bar can break the course of the fabric, thus ensuring the overhead freedom in the retention area and the fabric tension can be regulated.
  • the flexibility of the support or suspension construction supports the flexibility of the position adjustment of the sunshade.
  • Fig. L shows the exemplary embodiment with guide rails of the support structure which are connected to foundations, which are embedded in the ground.
  • the support structure can be moved and fixed on the rails as needed.
  • the support structure is formed by posts together with a connecting beam.
  • the height of the stringing frame can be changed and fixed along the posts.
  • Hinges can change the inclination of the frame.
  • the ridge pole is guided independently of the frame along the posts. Their position is adapted and fixed to the position of the frame and the covering.
  • FIG. 2 shows the example with foundation blocks set up on the ground, to which the guide rails of the support structure are fastened.
  • Another difference to the previous example is the omission of the connecting beam of the support structure, which is functionally replaced by the ridge rod.
  • the ridge rod is placed on the posts, along the posts ge leads and adjusted in height.
  • 3 shows an example in which the frame is arranged on the outside of the ridge rod guide. Associated with this is the advantage, if desired, to set the roof surface continuously flat without kinking in its course. This can eg. in an oblique position, the rainwater drain to one side.
  • the type of leadership of the stand substructure forms here a continuous flat surface and allows her safe entry.
  • FIG. 4 shows the example of the attachment of the sunshade roof on an existing object.
  • the suspended structure is held and guided by rails on the existing object.
  • the ridge pole is guided over horizontal stems extendable in cantilevered beams of the hanging structure.
  • Guide pieces of the stringing frame are mounted rotatably and slidably on the horizontal stems.
  • the stringing frame is slidably guided and held in the guide neck.
  • the position of the roof is roughly determined by the extension of the ridge bar and the rail guide.
  • the inclination of the roof, its height and the tension of the fabric are determined by the adjustment of the sockets and the frame of the covering.
  • the covering should be made of flexible materials, e.g. from the smell of sail.
  • the erection or holding devices can be rammed or concreted in the ground, consist of finished blocks or be executed as anchors on existing objects.
