Definitions
- the present invention relates to an automatic analyzer for analyzing components in a biological sample and its support system, and more particularly to efficient operation and management of calibration and accuracy management in the automatic analyzer.
- an automatic analyzer that analyzes a component in a biological sample such as blood or urine using a reagent
- the analysis process is started before the start of the analysis process, every predetermined time determined according to each reagent during the analysis process, or during the analysis process.
- calibration which is a calibration curve calibration operation, and accuracy management for maintaining a good state of the automatic analyzer must be performed.
- Calibration is performed using a standard solution sample having a predetermined concentration according to each analysis item, and a calibration curve indicating the relationship between the measurement result such as absorbance and the concentration is created based on the measurement result. .
- accuracy management is performed using an accuracy control sample having a predetermined concentration according to each analysis item, and it is checked whether the measurement result is correct. If the predetermined concentration is greatly different from the measured concentration, it is suspected that the reagent has deteriorated or the analyzer is defective. Calibration and precision management have valid times according to each analysis item. For this reason, it is necessary to perform calibration and accuracy management again after this effective time.
- Patent Document 1 teaches an automatic chemical analyzer that can execute calibration.
- the calibration time interval is stored for each analysis item, and warning data can be displayed on the display device by the control means for the analysis item for which the effective time of the calibration curve has elapsed.
- the calibration menu screen is output to the display device, a list of all analysis items handled by the analysis device is displayed, and alarm symbols are attached only to analysis items that have passed their valid time. .
- the object of the present invention is to easily inform the operator of the status of the sample used during the analysis of calibration or quality control, and to analyze again by notifying the remaining time until the analysis of the used sample is completed. It is an object of the present invention to provide an automatic analyzer capable of preparing in advance a sample necessary for calibration and accurately executing calibration or accuracy control.
- the configuration of the present invention for achieving the above object is as follows.
- the present invention is an automatic analyzer that automatically analyzes a sample to determine the concentration of a test item, and the measurement status of a standard solution sample or a quality control sample is analyzed either during analysis start, during analysis, analysis failure, or analysis success
- a display means that can be identified is provided, and the display means is an automatic analyzer having a function of switching the display in accordance with a change in the measurement state for each sample.
- the measurement status of the sample is displayed on a sample-by-sample basis and is an automatic analyzer with a function to identify any of analysis start, analysis in progress, analysis failure, or analysis success.
- the operator confirms the sample identifier information of the standard solution / quality control sample displayed on the measurement result confirmation screen of the apparatus operation unit, so that the sample is output before the calibrator / quality control result is output. This makes it possible to ascertain the measurement status of the system, and to ensure that the necessary preparation for the next analysis can be carried out quickly.
- analysis items of the standard solution / quality control sample currently being measured can be grasped, and it is possible to quickly determine whether the analysis items are excessive or insufficient.

- the rack 1 in which the standard solution sample is installed is pulled in by the transport mechanism 3, and the specimen (sample) that is held in the rack 1 and positioned at the sample suction position is sucked by the sample probe 4. It is discharged into the reaction container 5 at the specimen (sample) dispensing position.
- the reaction container 5 from which the specimen has been released is moved to the first reagent dispensing position by the rotation of the reaction disk 9, where the reaction container 5 has the second container in the reagent cassette 16 held in the reagent disk 15.
- One reagent is dispensed by the first reagent probe 11.
- the reaction vessel 5 into which the first reagent has been dispensed is moved to the stirring position, where the sample and the first reagent are stirred by the stirring device 6.
- the stirred reaction vessel 5 is moved to the second reagent dispensing position, where it is held on the reagent disk 15 in the reaction vessel 5.
- the second reagent in the same reagent cassette 16 as the first reagent is dispensed by the second reagent probe 13.
- the dispensed reaction container 5 is moved to the stirring position, where the sample, the first reagent, and the second reagent in the reaction container 5 are stirred by the stirring device 7 to generate the reaction solution. .
- the reaction vessel 5 containing the reaction solution is moved to the measurement position, where the multi-wavelength absorbance measurement of the reaction solution is performed by the detection optical device 10.
- the signal output from the detection optical device 10 is processed by an analog / digital converter not explicitly shown in the figure. Based on this data, a calibration curve expression is obtained to create a calibration curve, whether calibration is successful or not is determined, and the success or failure is transmitted to the storage unit 30.
- the success of calibration means that a calibration curve is created, and the created calibration curve does not deviate greatly from the calibration curve obtained experimentally in the past. It means that a calibration curve is not created, or that the created calibration curve deviates greatly from a calibration curve obtained experimentally in the past.
- the controller 20 is provided with calibration curve data obtained empirically in the past and data relating to the deviation allowable range, and the success or failure of the calibration is determined based on this data.
- the controller 20 does not determine the success or failure of the calibration, and transmits information on the obtained calibration curve formula to the storage unit 30.
- the storage unit 30 the calibration curve data obtained empirically in the past.
- the rack 1 in which the quality control sample is installed is pulled in by the transport mechanism 3, and the multi-wavelength absorbance measurement of the reaction solution is performed in the same manner as the standard solution sample.
- the accuracy control means that a sample (accuracy control sample) having a known concentration is measured, and it is determined whether or not the measurement result is within a predetermined range. It is an operation to check whether or not a good state is maintained.
- the signal output from the detection optical device 10 is processed by an analog / digital converter in the same manner as the standard solution sample. Based on this data, the controller 20 determines success or failure of accuracy management.
- success in accuracy management means a state in which accuracy is measured and the measured accuracy maintains a predetermined accuracy.
- the failure in accuracy management refers to a state where the accuracy is not measured or the measured accuracy does not maintain a predetermined accuracy.
- the success / failure of the determined quality control is transmitted to the storage unit 30.
- the controller 20 does not determine whether or not the accuracy management is successful, and transmits only information on whether or not the measurement is possible and information on measurement values when the measurement is possible to the storage unit 30. You may make it perform determination.
- the operation unit 31 includes, for example, a keyboard and a CRT, and performs calibration curve information display, quality control information display, input operation, and the like.
