Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft Schraubenschlüssel mit einer eine Mehrbackenanordnung (5, 8) zum drehmomentübertragenden Teilumfassungsangriff an einem Mehrkantprofil (13) einer Mutter oder eines Schraubenkopfes aufweisenden Innenöffnung (3), wobei der Innenöffnung (3) eine radiale Maulöffnung (3') zugeordnet ist und wobei zumindest zwei Eckbereiche (6) der Mehrbackenanordnung (5, 8) jeweils einen Anschlag (4) für einen Stirnflächenabschnitt (16) des Mehrkantprofils (13) aufweisen. Um dessen Anwendungsspektrums zu erweitern, wird vorgeschlagen, dass die Maulöffnung (3') als Maulschlüssel-Öffnung zum drehmomentübertragenden Angriff an dem Mehrkantprofil (13) zwei sich gegenüberliegende Maulbacken (7) besitzt, die sich auf nur einer Breitseite über die Eckbereiche (6) der Mehrbackenanordnung (5, 8) erstrecken.
