Abstract
Description
本発明は上記の事情に鑑みてなされたもので、その目的は、側面ライナおよびインペラブレードの交換を容易に行うことが可能な砥粒の遠心投射装置を提供することにある。
また、本発明は以下の詳細な説明により更に完全に理解できるであろう。しかしながら、詳細な説明および特定の実施例は、本発明の望ましい実施の形態であり、説明の目的のためにのみ記載されているものである。この詳細な説明から、種々の変更、改変が、当業者にとって明らかだからである。
出願人は、記載された実施の形態のいずれをも公衆に献上する意図はなく、開示された改変、代替案のうち、特許請求の範囲内に文言上含まれないかもしれないものも、均等論下での発明の一部とする。
本明細書あるいは請求の範囲の記載において、名詞及び同様な指示語の使用は、特に指示されない限り、または文脈によって明瞭に否定されない限り、単数および複数の両方を含むものと解釈すべきである。本明細書中で提供されたいずれの例示または例示的な用語(例えば、「等」)の使用も、単に本発明を説明し易くするという意図であるに過ぎず、特に請求の範囲に記載しない限り本発明の範囲に制限を加えるものではない。
インペラ1の外径寸法が200mmより大きいと重量が重くなって、片手でインペラをハンドリングすることが困難になる。このため、インペラの交換を簡単にするためには、外径寸法は最大200mmである必要がある。
また、インペラ1が大きければ、駆動源も大きくなり、遠心投射装置の構成も大きくなる。したがって、ハンドリングを考えればインペラ外径寸法は小さいほうが良い。
当然ながら大きくなればそれだけ材料費がかかることにもなる。
そして、このときのインペラの回転速度は、5000rpmから10000rpmであり、好ましくは、5800rpmから10000rpmであり、更に好ましくは、5800rpmから7200rpmである。表1にインペラ外径を種々変化させたときのハンドリングの良し悪し、投射量の確保の良し悪し、および、インペラ回転速度をまとめて示す。
なお、カバー本体16の上端開口部はインペラ1が入出可能な広さを有している。
Claims (11)
- 所要の間隔をおいて相対向する1対の円盤状の側板間に、複数のインペラブレードを放射状に取り付けてインペラを構成し、このインペラを、電動機の出力軸に嵌着されたハブに取り付け、さらに、前記インペラをインペラカバーによって包囲して、インペラの回転により砥粒を遠心投射する砥粒の遠心投射装置において、
前記インペラカバーの内部に、全体的には逆置末広がりU字形状を成しかつ上端部分で2分割可能に構成されて前記インペラによって投射される砥粒から前記インペラカバーの側壁を保護する断面U字形状の側面ライナを、着脱可能に取付け、
前記側板の内側から入れたボルトのハブへの螺着により前記インペラをハブに締結し、
前記インペラの外径寸法を最大200mmにしたことを特徴とする砥粒の遠心投射装置。 - 請求項1に記載の砥粒の遠心投射装置において、
1対の前記側板を、これら側板の間にこれらの円周方向へ等間隔をおいて配置された複数のステーと前記側板の外側から前記ステーに螺着された複数のボルトとの締結によって一体化したことを特徴とする砥粒の遠心投射装置。 - 所要の間隔をおいて相対向する1対の円盤状の側板間に、複数のインペラブレードを放射状に取り付けてインペラを構成し、このインペラを、電動機の出力軸に嵌着されたハブに取り付け、さらに、前記インペラをインペラカバーによって包囲して、インペラの回転により砥粒を遠心投射する砥粒の遠心投射装置において、
前記インペラカバーの内部に、全体的には逆置末広がりU字形状を成しかつ上端部分で2分割可能に構成されて前記インペラによって投射される砥粒から前記インペラカバーの側壁を保護する断面U字形状の側面ライナを、着脱可能に取付け、
前記側板の内側から入れたボルトのハブへの螺着により前記インペラをハブに締結し、
前記インペラの外径寸法を100mmから200mmにしたことを特徴とする砥粒の遠心投射装置。 - 前記インペラの外径寸法を120mmから200mmにしたことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の砥粒の遠心投射装置。
- 前記インペラの外径寸法を160mmから200mmにしたことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の砥粒の遠心投射装置。
- 前記インペラの回転速度を5000rpmから10000rpmにしたことを特徴とする請求項3、4、5に記載の砥粒の遠心投射装置。
- 前記インペラの回転速度を5800rpmから10000rpmにしたことを特徴とする請求項3、4、5に記載の砥粒の遠心投射装置。
- 前記インペラの回転速度を5800rpmから7200rpmにしたことを特徴とする請求項3、4、5に記載の砥粒の遠心投射装置。
- 前記インペラカバーは、断面形状が台形状を成すとともに上端部および下端部を開口したカバー本体の上端部に、この上端開口部を閉鎖する蓋部材が複数個のボルト・ナットによって締結して着脱可能に取り付けてあることを特徴とする請求項1、2、3、4、5に記載の砥粒の遠心投射装置。
- 前記インペラ側板とインペラは、インペラの回転中心の断面で左右合計10~40mmの余裕を有することを特徴とする請求項9に記載の砥粒の遠心投射装置。
- 前記カバー本体の上端開口部はインペラが入出可能な広さを有することを特徴とする請求項10に記載の砥粒の遠心投射装置。
