Un vérin (6) à huile du bras mobile est placé au-dessus du petit bras (4) et mis en communication avec un tuyau (10) d’arrivée d’huile et un tuyau (11) de retour d’huile par l’intermédiaire d’un tuyau I(8) de raccordement et d’une vanne (9) de commande de canalisation d’huile d’un dispositif de conduite. Une extrémité d’un grand bras (3) est reliée de façon pivotante au bras mobile (5) et l’autre extrémité est reliée de façon pivotante au dispositif tournant.
