针对现有技术的不足之处, 本发明所要解决的技术问题, 就是提供 一种可避免烧烤油滴落火源的烧烤炉。

接油隔板不但可以是块状或四面锥壳、 锥顶朝上的圆锥壳、 锥顶朝 下、 且截去部分锥顶的圆锥壳, 还可以是如同人字形的房顶那样由两块 搭接的波浪板或平板构成, 也可以是六面锥壳甚至八面锥壳, 只要其适 应炉体的形状、 并具有斜面能让所承接的油流下, 开有透火孔带有遮孔 装置即可。
