背景技术
传统的锅架结构简单，只起到将锅在炉上支撑起来利于烟气排放的作用，在使用时若锅内液体食物沸腾由锅内流出，往往容易将炉火浇灭。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种防锅内溢水浇灭炉火节能锅架。该锅架由上圈1、支架2和下圈3构成。其特征是：在上圈1、下圈3的与锅底接触的平面上设有引烟槽5，在上圈1、下圈3的外侧表面上设有引水槽4。 
由于本实用新型采用了这种特殊的结构，使用时既利于烟气的排放，又能有效防止锅内液体食物因沸腾溢出对炉火的浇灭。同时，由于本锅架与锅底接触的上圈1或下圈3对炉火接近锅底部分的烟气有一定的阻挡作用，逼迫其在回流过程中在火焰的作用下产生二次燃烧，因此本锅架还能起到节能减排的作用。

具体实施方式
在使用本锅架时，可将其直接放置于炉火周边的灶具台面上，然后将锅放置其上。当锅内液体食物因沸腾而溢出时，由于与锅底接触的上圈1或下圈3的平面对液体的阻挡，溢出液体将顺利沿上圈1或下圈3外侧表面上的引水槽流到下面；又由于在下面的下圈3或上圈1高出灶具台面，流下的液体很难再流到炉火上。因此能很好的起到防止锅内溢出液体浇灭炉火的作用。 
本锅架在正常使用时，上圈1和下圈3中间的支架2支起的空间能使火焰外部的空气很好的助燃火焰。燃烧产生的烟气也能部分通过上圈1或下圈3与锅底接触的平面上的引烟槽5排放。但由于本锅架与锅底接触的上圈1或下圈3对炉火接近锅底部分的烟气有一定的阻挡作用，逼迫其在回流过程中在火焰的作用下产生二次燃烧，因此本锅架还能起到节能减排的作用。
