Abstract
Description
また上記加工プログラム中の一部を工作機械に実行させる制御方法として、加工プログラム全体に対応する加工状態の図(板取り図)を表示させ、該板取り図上で実行したい部分を選択して指定するようにしたものが公知である(例えば、特許文献1等参照。)。
さらに加工プログラムに特定区間の開始を指定する開始指令と、特定区間の終了を指定する終了指令を記述するものが公知である(例えば、特許文献2等参照。)。
なお特許文献2の加工プログラムは、制御装置の処理効率に応じて処理を振り分けるための特定区間の記述であり、操作者が任意に加工プログラムの特定区間のみを指定して工作機械に実行させることは考慮されていない。

当該特定区間として、工作機械の作動チェック等を行うために当該動作のみを任意に実行させる部分等を予め定めることができる。これらの特定区間は複数個所指定されていても良く、それぞれの特定区間の開始指令120と終了指令130が対をなして識別可能に記述されるため、複数の特定区間の一部が重複しても良く、他の特定区間に内包されても良い。
例えば開始指令N1500と終了指令N1501の間の特定区間を実行する場合、まず操作者によって入力手段102から特定区間の開始指令である「N1500」が入力(201)される。
作動実行手段101が、工作機械の動作に必要な準備処理を実行(202)した後、部分実行手段103は、開始指令N1500の入力ありを判断(203)して加工プログラムから開始指令N1500を検索する(204、205)。
そして、開始指令N1500と対をなす終了指令N1501が読み込まれると、加工プログラムのSTOPコード部分にスキップされ(209)、工作機械の作動が完了する。これにより加工プログラムの特定区間(N1500とN15001の間)が実行され、上記特定区間の実行完了後、作動を継続させることなく、工作機械を停止させることができる。
したがって、複数の特定区間の一部が重複しても良く、他の特定区間に内包されても良い。
Claims (6)
- 特定区間の開始を指定する開始指令と該特定区間の終了を指定する終了指令を含む所定の加工プログラムに基づいて工作機械を作動させる作動実行手段と、加工プログラムの任意の区間を作動実行手段に実行させる部分実行手段とを有する工作機械の制御装置において、
所定の開始指令を特定して部分実行手段側に入力する入力手段が設けられ、
前記部分実行手段が、入力された開始指令と、該開始指令に対応する終了指令の間のプログラムを実行するように作動実行手段に対して出力することを特徴とする工作機械の制御装置。 - 各々異なる特定区間の開始と終了を指定する前記開始指令と該開始指令に対応する終了指令の組が複数組設けられているとともに、前記入力手段が複数の開始指令から所定の開始指令を選択して入力することができるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の工作機械の制御装置。
- 前記作動実行手段が、前記部分実行手段に開始指令が入力されていない場合は前記加工プログラムを全て実行するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の工作機械の制御装置。
- 特定区間の開始を指定する開始指令と該特定区間の終了を指定する終了指令を含む所定の加工プログラムに基づいて該加工プログラムの任意の区間を実行させる工作機械の制御方法において、
所定の開始指令を特定して入力する入力工程と、
入力された開始指令と該開始指令に対応する終了指令を検索し、開始指令と終了指令の間のプログラムを実行する実行工程とを有することを特徴とする工作機械の制御方法。 - 各々異なる特定区間の開始と終了を指定する前記開始指令と該開始指令に対応する終了指令の組が複数組設けられているとともに、前記入力工程が複数の開始指令から所定の開始指令を選択して入力することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の工作機械の制御方法。
- 前記実行工程が、前記入力工程において開始指令を入力しない場合は前記加工プログラムを全て実行することを特徴とする請求項4または請求項5に記載の工作機械の制御方法。
