음성통신 기능에서 음성통신을 위한 전화정보는 전화번호부 안내책자나, 인터넷 검색, 지역광고 안내책자 등을 통해서 정보를 얻음으로서 정보통신의 발전에 비하여 정보 데이터베이스 분야의 활용에 있어서는 높은 발전을 이룩하지 못한 것이 현실이다. 인터넷 기반에서는 검색엔진을 통해서 정보활용도가 일정수준에 오른 것이 사실이지만, 소호, 소매점포, 음식점, 공공장소 등 인터넷과 컴퓨터를 사용하기에 부적합한 장소에서는 전화정보 데이터, 정보 데이터베이스의 체계적 활용은 여전히 발전을 이룩하지 못하고 있다.
개인별 사무실, 가정에서도 하루종일 온라인 상태로 컴퓨터를 항상 켜놓고 생활할 수 있는 환경에서는 데이터 베이스 정보가 효율적일 수 있으나, 사무실, 가정에서 항상 컴퓨터를 켜놓고 온라인 상태로 생활에 정보를 활용한다는 것은 현재까지 많은 불편함과 환경적 제한이 따르고 있다. 현재의 통신기기들은 데이터통신, 음성통신 어느 한쪽에 치우친 경향이 있고 실질적으로 음성통신과 데이터통신을 연동시켜 통신환경을 개선하는 방향으로의 기술확보는 부족한 실정이므로 이에 따른 기술 개발이 필요로 하다.
따라서, 본 발명은 상기 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 안출된 것으로 본 발명의 목적은 제 1 단말기에 종속된 제 2 단말기가 운영서버에 구축된 광고컨텐츠를 수신함에 있어서 운영서버에 접속하지 않고 광고컨텐츠를 저렴한 비용으로 수신하는데 그 목적이 있다.
다른 목적은 상기 광고컨텐츠를 제공받은 제 1, 제 2 단말기에게 보상쿠폰 파일을 제공하는데 있다.
상기 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명의 일실시예에 따르면, 유무선 네트워크망을 이용한 통신기기의 광고 시스템은 광고컨텐츠를 생성하기 위한 광고의뢰설정항목에 광고노출방법, 광고노출빈도, 광고노출횟수, 광고노출시간, 자동삭제, 효과음삽입과 같은 설정값을 입력하여 광고컨텐츠를 생성하는 광고의뢰자 클라이언트와, 상기 광고의뢰설정항목을 전송하여 상기 생성된 광고컨텐츠를 수신하고 상기 수신된 광고컨텐츠가 상기 설정값에 따라 능동적으로 재생되도록 하는 능동형 광고활성파일을 생성하고 상기 능동형 광고활성파일을 제공받은 것에 대한 보상으로 보상쿠폰파일을 생성하는 운영서버와, 상기 생성된 광고활성파일과 보상쿠폰파일을 저장하는 DB 서버와, 상기 능동형 광고활성파일을 인터넷 통신망을 통하여 수신하여 상기 설정값에 따라 상기 능동형 광고활성파일이 갖는 광고컨텐츠를 표시하고 상기 능동형 광고활성파일을 저장하는 제 1 고객 단말기, 및 상기 제 1 고객 단말기로부터 USB 또는 블루투스를 통하여 상기 저장된 능동형 광고활성파일을 수신하고 상기 저장된 능동형 광고활성파일이 갖는 광고컨텐츠가 표시되는 제 2 고객 단말기로 이루어진 것을 해결 수단으로 한다.
이상 설명한 바와 같이, 본 발명은 유무선 인터넷 망을 이용하지 않고서도 광고컨텐츠를 수신하는 효과가 있고, 특히 음성통신기기의 경우에 음성통신망을 통하여 광고컨텐츠를 제공받을 수 있으나 광고컨텐츠의 데이터통신 요금이 매우 비싸기 때문에 유무선 인터넷 망에 접속되는 단말기에 USB 또는 블루투스로 연결하여 저렴한 광고컨텐츠를 제공받는 효과가 있다.

이하, 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 본 발명에 따른 유무선 네트워크 망을 이용한 통신기기의 광고 시스템을 설명하면 다음과 같다.
도 1은 본 발명에 따른 유무선 네트워크망을 이용한 통신기기의 광고 시스템 구성도로서, 상기 광고 시스템은 광고의뢰자 클라이언트(100)와 운영서버(200)와 DB서버(300)와 제 1 고객 단말기(400) 및 제 2 고객 단말기(500)로 이루어진다.
보다 상세하게, 상기 광고의뢰자 클라이언트(100)는 광고주, 광고 대행사업주, 정보가공 판매자, 정보제공자, 방송통신사, 설문조사기관 등에 구비된 클라이언트이고 상기 다수의 광고의뢰자 클라이언트(100)는 상기 유무선 네트워크 망을 통해 운영서버(200)에 접속할 수 있는 여러 종류의 단말기로도 구성되는 것이 바람직하며, 이외에도 유무선 네트워크 망을 이용하지 않고 오프라인 상에서 운영서버(200)를 운영하는 업체에 방문하거나 또는 우편 등을 통해 의뢰자가 상기 제 1 또는 제 2 고객 단말기(400, 500)에서 다양한 정보가 노출되도록 의뢰 가능하다.
즉, 상기 광고의뢰자 클라이언트(100)는 상기 운영서버(200)로부터 광고의뢰설정항목을 수신하여 상기 광고의뢰설정항목에 광고가 구동될 수 있는 설정값을 입력한다.
상기 설정값은 광고노출방법, 광고노출빈도, 광고노출횟수, 광고노출시간, 자동삭제, 효과음삽입 등과 같은 구동패턴 중 적어도 어느 하나 이상 설정되어 이루어지고 이와 같이 설정된 광고의뢰설정항목에 의해서 광고컨텐츠가 생성된다.
상기 광고컨텐츠는 텍스트, 오디오, 그래픽(이미지포함), 동영상 중 적어도 어느 하나 이상으로 이루어진다.
따라서, 광고의뢰자 클라이언트(100)는 상기 생성된 광고컨텐츠를 운영서버(200)에 전송한다.
상기 운영서버(200)는 상기 DB서버(20)와 유무선 네트워크 망으로 연계 운영되는 요소로서, 바람직하게는 웹 서버(Web Server)가 사용되는 것이다. 이때의 상기 웹 서버는 가장 널리 사용되는 UNIX기반의 아파치, WINDOW NT의 IIS , 넷스케이프의 엔터프라이즈 서버이며, 웹 페이지(HTML 파일)를 제공해 주는 서버를 지칭하는 것으로 HTTP를 사용하여 웹 페이지를 제공할 수 있는 웹 서버 프로그램이 설치되어 있다. 이러한 웹 서버는 공지의 기술을 이용하므로 상세한 설명은 생략한다.
따라서, 상기한 기술적 기반에서의 운영서버(200) 이외에 이하 설명되는 본 발명을 수행할 수 있는 서버이면 충분하다.
이러한 즉, 상기 운영서버(200)는 상기 광고의뢰자 단말기(100)에게 광고의뢰설정항목을 제공하고 상기 광고의뢰자 단말기(100)에 의해서 설정값이 입력되어 생성된 광고컨텐츠를 수신하고 상기 입력된 설정값에 의하여 광고가 능동적으로 재생되도록 하는 능동형 광고활성파일을 생성하여 DB 서버(300)에 전송한다.
이와 같이 저장된 능동형 광고활성파일을 고객단말기(400)에게 유무선 네트워크망으로 전송한다.
이와 같은 상기 운영서버(200)의 세부 구성요소를 상세히 설명하는 바, 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이 회원인증모듈(210)과 정보처리모듈(220)과, 결제처리모듈(230)과 파일처리모듈(240), 및 쿠폰생성모듈(250)로 구성된다.
보다 상세하게는, 상기 회원인증모듈(210)은 본 발명 서비스를 제공받기 위하여 광고의뢰자 클라이언트(100)와 제 1 고객 단말기(400)로부터 입력되는 회원정보에 대해서 인증처리를 수행한다. 즉, 고객 또는 광고의뢰자에게 부여된 고유의 접속ID와 비밀번호를 이용하여 운영서버(200)에 접속하는 사용자에 대한 인증을 수행하며, 이외에도 별도의 보안카드나 공개키 기반의 암호화알고리즘이 적용된 공인인증서를 이용하여 인증을 수행할 수 있으며, 이러한 회원인증모듈(210)은 공지의 기술을 사용하여도 무방하다.
상기 정보처리모듈(220)은 상기 회원인증모듈(210)에 의해서 인증된 광고의뢰자 클라이언트(100)로부터 설정값이 입력된 광고컨텐츠를 수신하여 상기 설정값에 따라 능동적으로 재생되도록 하는 능동형 광고활성파일을 생성하고 상기 능동형 광고활성파일을 텍스트, 동영상, 음성 파일 중 적어도 어느 하나 이상으로 광고가 표시될 수 있는 능동형 광고활성파일을 생성하고 생성된 능동형 광고활성파일을 상기 DB서버(300)에 저장한다.
따라서, 상기 정보처리모듈(220)은 상기 생성된 능동형 광고활성파일에 설정값에 따라 구동됨으로 노출시간, 노출횟수, 노출빈도, 표현방법, 자동삭제, 효과음삽입의 조건이 부여되어 고객 제 1 단말기(400)에 전송된다.
상기 정보처리모듈(220)은 상기 생성된 능동형 광고활성파일을 수신하고 실행하는 등의 행위에 대한 보상으로 보상쿠폰파일을 생성하여 DB 서버(300)에 저장하고 저장된 보상쿠폰파일은 고객 제 1 단말기(400)에게 전송된다.
상기 결제처리모듈(230)은 상기 회원인증모듈(210)에 의해서 인증된 광고의뢰자 클라이언트(100)와 제 1 고객 단말기(400)에 대해서 능동형 광고활성파일을 제 1 고객 단말기(400)에 제공하는데 소요되는 비용을 광고의뢰자 클라이언트(100)가 금융결제하는 과금서버(은행 전산망 금융기관 서버)로 전송하여 결제를 수행하고 아울러, 상기 능동형 광고활성파일을 수신하는 제 1 고객 단말기(400)에게 포인트, 통신비, 통신서비스비, 부가서비스 이용권과 관련된 보상쿠폰파일에 대한 결제를 처리한다.
상기 파일처리모듈(240)은 능동형 광고활성파일과 보상쿠폰파일을 제 1 고객 단말기(400)에 통신 특성에 적합한 전송 효율과 안정성을 높이기 위하여 공지의 다양한 파일처리 방법 즉, 압축, 비압축, 분할, 변조 중 적어도 어느 하나 또는 복합된 형태로 변환 처리하는 방법을 이용한다. 이외에도 통신 환경이나 특성에 따른 최적화된 다양한 전송처리 기법이 적용되어도 무방할 것이다.
상기 쿠폰생성모듈(250)은 능동형 광고활성파일이 제 1 고객 단말기(400)에서 활성화되면 보상차원에서 보상쿠폰파일을 생성하고 생성된 보상쿠폰파일을 제 1 고객 단말기(400)에게 제공함으로써 제 1 고객 단말기(400)가 보상쿠폰파일에 따는 보상을 제공받는다. 또한, 제 2 고객 단말기(500)도 제 1 고객 단말기(400)와 동일한 방법에 의해서 보상쿠폰파일을 받는다.
상기 DB 서버(300)는 상기 능동형 광고활성파일을 분류 저장하고, 이외에도 상기 광고의뢰자 클라이언트(100)의 회원정보, 결제정보, 서비스 이용정보 및 능동형 광고활성파일을 수신받는 고객의 개인정보서비스 제공정보 등을 기록저장한다. 또한, 상기 능동형 광고활성파일과 함께 상기 보상쿠폰파일을 저장한다.
상기 제 1 고객 단말기(400)는 상기 능동형 광고활성파일을 수신하고 수신된 능동형 광고활성파일은 고객 제 1 단말기(400)가 갖는 고유기능, 데이터통신 및 음성통신이 방해되지 않는 상태에서 능동형 광고활성파일을 강제구동시켜 상기 능동형 광고활성파일이 갖는 광고컨텐츠를 시각과 청각 중 적어도 어느 하나로 출력한다.
또한, 제 1 고객 단말기(400)는 상기한 바와 같이 광고컨텐츠가 출력됨과 동시에 출력되는 광고를 저장하여 제 2 고객 단말기(500)로 전송하는 것이 바람직하다.
이때, 제 1 고객 단말기(400)는 상기 운영서버(200)와 유무선 네트워크망으로 연결되어 있기 때문에 상기 고객 제 1 단말기(400)는 유무선 네트워크망과 연결되기 위한 모듈부가 구비된다.
특히, 상기 모듈부는 상기 유무선 네트워크망을 구성하는 PSTN, CDMA, WCDMA, WIRELESS, INTERNET, GSM, PCS, VoIP 기반 중 적어도 어느 하나에 접속되고 또한, 상기 모듈부는 접속할 수 있는 개인용 컴퓨터(PC), 개인정보단말기(PDA), 모바일컴퓨터((Mobile Computer), 이동통신단말기(IMT-2000,W-CDMA), 핸드피시(HPC), 유선전화기 등에 구비된다.
따라서, 상기 제 1 고객 단말기(400)는 능동형 광고활성파일을 전송받아 상기 능동형 광고활성파일이 활성화되기 위한 운영체제부(OS)가 구비되는 것이 바람직하고 상기 운영체제부는 제 1 고객 단말기(400)가 수신한 능동형 광고활성파일을 제 2 고객 단말기(500)에게 USB 또는 블루투스를 이용하여 전송한다.
따라서, 제 1 고객 단말기(400)는 상기한 모듈부(410)와, 운영체제부(420)와 메모리부(430)와, 디스플레이부(440)로 구성된다.
상기 모듈부(410)와 운영체제부(420)는 상기 설명한 바 있으며, 상기 메모리부(430)는 능동형 광고활성파일을 저장하고 상기 디스플레이부(440)는 저장된 능동형 광고활성파일을 표시한다.
다음, 상기 제 2 고객 단말기(500)는 본 발명의 가장 핵심적인 특징부로서, 상기 제 1 고객 단말기(400)와 USB단자 및 블루투스통신로 연결되어 있을 뿐, 인터넷 접속을 위한 별도의 구성요소 없이 광고를 수신하는데 특징이 있다.
즉, 상기 제 2 고객 단말기(500)는 음성통신하는 고유의 기능을 구비하고 있는 단말기 또는 음성통신 기능이 없이 고유의 기능을 갖는 MP3와 같은 단말기이며, 상기 제 1 고객 단말기(400)와 USB단자 및 블루투스통신으로 연결된 구조이다.
이와 같은 구조를 갖는 제 2 고객 단말기(500) 중에서 음성통신 기능을 구비한 단말기는 우선적으로 제 1 고객 단말기(400)로부터 능동형 광고활성파일을 수신하는 데이터 통신을 수행하고 제 2 단말기(500)가 갖는 고유의 음성통신을 수행한다.
이때, 음성통신을 수행하는 도중에 상기 음성통신이 방해되지 않는 상태에서 제 1 고객 단말기(400)로부터 수신되는 능동형 광고활성파일을 능동적으로 강제구동시켜서 활성화된 광고컨텐츠를 시각과 청각 중 적어도 어느 하나 이상으로 표시하고 상기 강제구동은 광고의뢰설정항목에 광고노출 방법, 광고노출빈도, 광고노출 횟수, 광고노출 시간, 강제 삭제, 효과음 삽입과 같은 설정값이 입력된 것에 따라 구동된다.
아울러, 인터넷 접속 수단 없이 상기 다수의 광고의뢰자 클라이언트(100)에서 설정한 광고의뢰설정항목에 따라 노출정보와 광고컨텐츠, 광고수신고객정보, 결제방법, 쿠폰제공방법 중 어느 하나이상이 표시된다.
또한, 상기 제 2 고객 단말기(500)는 제 1 고객 단말기(400)에 저장된 능동형 광고활성파일을 수신하여 상기 설정한 광고의뢰설정항목에 따라 표시될 수도 있고, 제 1 고객 단말기(400)에 저장하지 않고 운영서버(200)에 단지 고객 제 1 단말기(400)를 경유하여 저장된 능동형 광고활성파일을 수신하여 상기 설정한 광고의뢰설정항목에 따라 표시된다.
한편, 제 1 고객 단말기(400)에 저장하지 않고 운영서버(200)에 단지 제 1 고객 단말기(400)를 경유하여 저장된 능동형 광고활성파일을 수신하여 상기 설정한 광고의뢰설정항목에 따라 표시하는 경우에는, 제 2 고객 단말기(500)가 인터넷 접속 수단이 구비되어 있지 않기 때문에 단지 제 1 고객 단말기(400)를 인터넷 접속 수단으로 이용하여 상기 능동형 광고활성파일을 수신하는 것이다.
이와 같이, 제 2 고객 단말기(500)에 인터넷 접속 모듈을 구비하지 않고 제 1 단말기(400)를 통하여 광고컨텐츠를 수신하는 이유가 본 발명의 특징이며 도 3에 도시된 실시예를 들어 보다 상세하게 설명한다.
예컨대, 도 3에 도시된 제 1 고객 단말기(400)는 인터넷 접속이 가능한 클라이언트라 하고 제 2 고객 단말기(500)는 일반전화라 가정하면, 상기 클라이언트와 일반전화는 USB 또는 블루투스로 연결되어 있고 이와 같이 연결된 상태에서 클라이언트로는 광고컨텐츠를 일반전화에 전송하고 일반전화에 전송된 광고컨텐츠가 표시된다.
이는 일반전화의 경우에 전화라인을 통하여 운영서버(200)로부터 광고컨텐츠를 제공받을 수 있으나 이는 광고컨텐츠를 제공받기 위해서 많은 비용을 지불해야만 하지만 본 발명과 같이 USB 또는 블루투스를 이용하여 광고컨텐츠를 제공받고 일반전화의 전화라인을 통하여 음성통신을 수행함으로써 일반전화에서 저렴한 비용으로 광고컨텐츠를 제공받을 수 있는 것이다.
즉, 일반전화는 USB 또는 블루투스로 데이터통신을 수행하고 이미 구축된 전화라인을 통하여 음성통신을 수행하는 것이다.
종래 기술에서도 기재한 바와 같이, 공공성을 갖고 무료 또는 저렴하게 제공하는 공공정보의 활용 사례의 경우, 정보 제공용 운영서버의 접속 이용자의 숫자가 크게 늘지 않는 이유가 유무선 네트워크 망의 이용료를 지불해야 하기 때문임으로 본 발명에서는 제 1 고객 단말기(400)에 수신된 능동형 광고활성화파일이 갖는 광고컨텐츠를 제 2 고객 단말기(500)에서 쉽게 획득할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 제 2 고객 단말기(500)가 갖는 고유의 음성통신기능도 동시에 수행하는 것이다.
따라서, 본 발명과 같이 구축하게 되면 저비용의 효율적인 광고컨텐츠를 제공받기 위해서 운영서버(200)에 실시간 접속하지 않고도 쉽게 제공받을 수 있는 작용을 수행한다.
특히, 일반전화에 제공되는 광고컨텐츠는 광고주 클라이언트(100)가 광고의뢰설정항목에 입력한 설정값에 따라 동작된다.
아울러, 제 2 고객 단말기(500)는 광고컨테츠를 구동하기 위한 구동프로그램이 구비되고 상기 구동프로그램의 여러 조건에 의해서 광고커텐츠가 구동되고 다음과 같이 구동프로그램의 여러 조건을 설명한다.
상기 구동 프로그램은 상기 제 2 고객 단말기(500)의 사용환경 조성(통신준비, 통신연결준비, 정보검색, 통신실행 등)시 구동 패턴에 따라 선택적으로 구동된다.
상기 구동 프로그램은 사용자가 제 2 고객 단말기(500)를 이용하여 메시지 확인, 메시지 송수신, 키패드 조작시 선택적으로 구동되도록 프로그래밍된다.
구동 프로그램의 강제 구동은 긴급자동 출력과, 정시 자동 출력, 적외선 감지센서 작동 강제자동 출력, 라디오형 강제자동 출력 후 별도저장, 착신음 대신 강제자동 출력, 광고 구동 출력 후 통화연결 방식으로 실시된다.
상기 구동 프로그램의 구동은 다수의 광고 연속 교체노출, 상하 회전형 노출 메시지 노출, 좌우 자막형 노출 메시지 노출, 화면의 상/중/하단 중 적어도 어느 하나의 단에 밀어내기 삽입형 노출, 수신/발신번호/재다이얼/메시지 확인/다이얼버튼/기능키버튼 작동시의 노출 중 적어도 어느 하나 이상으로 실시된다.
상기 구동 프로그램의 강제구동은 통화준비, 통화대기, 통화연결, 통화중, 통화종료의 각 과정에서 제 2 고객 단말기(500)의 작동 틈새 시간에 구동된다.
상기 구동 프로그램은 SMS, VMS, MMS, ARS 등의 부가통신서비스 메세지 확인시 메시지 내에 광고 삽입 또는 메세지 확인 전후에 광고 메시지를 전달하도록 구동된다.
상기 구동 프로그램은 상기 고객 단말기에 검색메뉴 형태로 제공되어 사용자의 검색에 의해 선택적으로 구동 노출되게 구동된다.
상기 구동 프로그램은 상기 고객 단말기의 사용상태와 관계없이 운영서버에 접속하는 단계와, 상기 운영서버에 의해 고객 단말기에 저장된 노출정보 데이터의 신규성 여부를 확인하는 단계 그리고 상기 신규성 여부에 따라 선택적으로 운영서버와의 접속이 차단되거나 또는 신규 노출정보 데이터를 수신받아 업데이트 하는 단계를 포함하여 구동된다.
상기 구동 프로그램은 상기 고객 단말기의 디스플레이 상에서 팝업창 또는 배너창 또는 음성출력 중 어느 하나 이상의 형태로서 노출정보 데이터를 구동 노출시키도록 프로그래밍 된다.
이상 설명한 제 1 고객 단말기(400)와 제 2 고객 단말기(500)는 능동형 광고활성파일을 수신하는 데이터 통신수단, 상기 능동형 광고활성파일을 저장하는 메모리 저장수단, 상기 능동형 광고활성파일을 표시하는 디스플레이수단이 구빈된 MP3, PMP, 컴퓨터와 같은 단말기이다.
또한, 제 1 고객 단말기(400)와 제 2 고객 단말기(500)는 능동형 광고활성파일이 갖는 광고컨텐츠를 유저인터페이스, 어플리케이션, 키패드, 터치스크린 중 어느 하나와 연동되어 표시되는 것이 바람직하다.
끝으로, 상기 제 1 고객 단말기(400)와 제 2 고객 단말기(500)에서 구동되는 능동형 광고활성파일의 재생은 광고의뢰자 클라이언트(100)의 설정값 입력과정을 통해 생성되어 운영서버(200)를 통해 제 1, 제 2 고객단말기(400, 500)에서 수신되고 재생 전달되는 과정의 기능이다.
이러한 능동형 광고활성파일이 자동으로 작동되는 경우는 별도의 키패드, 다이알패드, 터치스크린, 유저인터페이스, 어플리케이션의 입력과정 없이 입력된 설정값에 의해 생성된 능동형 광고활성파일이 자동다운로드 수신, 자동재생의 과정을 통해 제 1, 제 2 고객 단말기(400, 500)가 갖는 고유의 기능 동작과 관계없이 능동형 광고활성파일이 갖는 광고컨텐츠가 구동 표현, 전달된다.
다음, 능동형 광고활성파일이 연동 작동되는 경우는 별도의 키패드, 다이알패드, 터치스크린, 유저인터페이스, 어플리케이션의 입력과정이 작동되는 경우에 광고의뢰자 클라인언트(100)가 입력한 설정값에 의해 생성된 능동형 광고활성파일이 제 1, 제 2 고객 단말기(400, 500) 작동과 연동되어 사용자에게 전달되어지는 과정이다. 이는 단말기 작동과 연동되는 전체화면 부분화면을 활용한 삽입광고 기능이다.
다음, 능동형 광고활성파일이 검색, 선택 작동되는 경우는 검색기능을 통해 능동형 광고활성파일이 갖는 광고컨텐츠 전달이 가능하며, 상기 광고컨텐츠의 전달과정에서 제 1, 제 2 고객 단말기(400, 500)가 광고컨텐츠를 선택, 연결함으로 광고메세지 표현 전달과 전달후의 연결 광고작동이 가능하다.
지금까지 본 발명에 대해서 상세히 설명하였으나, 그 과정에서 언급한 실시예는 예시적인 것일 뿐, 한정적인 것이 아님을 분명히 하며, 본 발명은 이하의 특허청구범위에 의해 제공되는 본 발명의 기술적 사상이나 분야를 벗어나지 않는 범위내에서, 균등하게 대처될 수 있는 정도의 구성요소 변경은 본 발명의 범위에 속한다 할 것이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 광고컨텐츠를 생성하기 위한 광고의뢰설정항목에 광고노출방법, 광고노출빈도, 광고노출횟수, 광고노출시간, 자동삭제, 효과음삽입과 같은 설정값을 입력하여 광고컨텐츠를 생성하는 광고의뢰자 클라이언트와;
    상기 광고의뢰자 클라이언트와 제 1 고객 단말기로부터 입력된 회원정보를 인증하는 회원인증모듈, 상기 회원인증모듈에 의해서 인증된 광고의뢰자 클라이언트로부터 설정값이 입력된 광고컨텐츠를 수신하여 상기 설정값에 따라 능동적으로 재생되도록 하는 능동형 광고활성파일을 생성하며 상기 능동형 광고활성파일을 수신하고 실행하는 것과 같은 행위에 대한 보상으로 보상쿠폰파일을 생성하는 정보처리모듈, 상기 회원인증모듈에 의해서 인증된 광고의뢰자 클라이언트와 제 1 고객 단말기에 대해서 능동형 광고활성파일을 상기 제 1 고객 단말기에 제공하는데 소용되는 비용을 과금서버로 전송하여 결제함과 동시에 상기 능동형 광고활성파일을 수신하는 제 1 고객 단말기에게 제공되는 보상쿠폰파일에 대하여 결제하는 결제처리모듈, 상기 능동형 광고활성파일과 보상쿠폰파일을 제 1 고객단말기에 전송하는 파일처리모듈, 상기 보상쿠폰파일을 생성하는 쿠폰생성모듈로 구성된 운영서버와;
    상기 생성된 광고활성파일과 보상쿠폰파일을 저장하는 DB 서버와;
    상기 능동형 광고활성파일을 인터넷 통신망을 통하여 수신하여 상기 설정값에 따라 상기 능동형 광고활성파일이 갖는 광고컨텐츠를 표시하고 상기 능동형 광고활성파일을 저장하는 제 1 고객 단말기; 및
    상기 제 1 고객 단말기와 USB 또는 블루투스로 일대일로 종속되게 연결되게 사용자에 의해서 이동성을 갖고 소형임과 동시에 음성통신 기능이 구비되고 상기 USB 또는 블루투스를 통하여 상기 저장된 능동형 광고활성파일을 수신하며 상기 수신된 능동형 광고활성파일이 갖는 광고컨텐츠가 상기 광고의뢰설정항목에 광고노출방법, 광고노출빈도, 광고노출횟수, 광고노출시간, 자동삭제, 효과음삽입과 같은 설정값이 입력된 것에 따라, 다수의 광고 연속 교체노출, 상/하 회전형 메시지 노출, 좌/우 자막형 메시지 노출, 화면의 상/중/하단 중 적어도 어느 하나의 단에 밀어내기 삽입형 노출, 수신/발신번호/재다이얼/메시지확인/다이얼버튼/기능키버튼 작동시의 노출인 강제구동으로 표시되는 제 2 고객 단말기로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 유무선 네트워크망을 이용한 통신기기의 광고 시스템.
  2. 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 제 1 고객 단말기와 제 2 고객 단말기는
    상기 능동형 광고활성파일을 수신하는 데이터 통신수단, 상기 능동형 광고활성파일을 저장하는 메모리 저장수단, 상기 능동형 광고활성파일을 표시하는 디스플레이수단이 구비된 MP3, PMP, 컴퓨터와 같은 단말기인 것을 특징으로 하는 유무선 네트워크망을 이용한 통신기기의 광고 시스템.
  3. 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 제 1 고객 단말기와 제 2 고객 단말기는
    상기 능동형 광고활성파일이 갖는 광고컨텐츠를 유저인터페이스, 어플리케이션, 키패드, 터치스크린 중 어느 하나와 연동되어 표시되는 것을 하는 유무선 네트워크망을 이용한 통신기기의 광고 시스템.
  4. 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 강제구동은
    통화준비, 통화대기, 통화연결, 통화중, 통화종료의 각 과정에서 고객 단말기의 작동 틈새 시간에 구동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유무선 네트워크망을 이용한 통신기기의 광고 시스템.
  5. 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 강제 구동은
    긴급자동 출력과, 정시자동 출력, 적외선 감지센서 작동 강제자동 출력, 라디오형 강제자동 출력 후 별도저장, 착신음 대신 강제자동 출력, 광고 구동 출력후 통화연결 방식인 것을 특징으로 하는 유무선 네트워크망을 이용한 통신기기의 광고 시스템.
