Abstract
Description
すなわち、コンピュータは各物品の位置とIDの情報に基づいてその後に正確に管理できたとしても、本来その位置に積み付けられる予定であった物品とは異なる物品が積み付けられた場合に、コンピュータはその間違った積み付け状態を認識することはない。したがって、ユーザも、間違った積み付け状態を容易に知ることができない。
このピッキングシステムは、実際にピッキングされた物品の識別情報とピッキング予定であった物品の識別情報とを照合し、照合結果と積み付け位置とを表示部に表示している。これにより、ユーザは、本来その位置に積み付けられる予定であった物品とは異なる物品が積み付けられていること、すなわち、間違った積み付け状態を容易に知ることができる。さらに、照合結果と積み付け位置とを表示部に表示することにより、ユーザは、間違って積み付けられた物品の位置を容易に知ることができる。
◎物品を第1所定位置から取り出して第2所定位置に積み付けするピッキングステップ
◎ピッキングステップにおいてピッキングされる物品の識別情報を取得するID読み取りステップ
◎ピッキングステップにおいて積み付けられた物品の積み付け位置を特定する位置特定ステップ
◎ID読み取りステップにおいて取得された識別情報と、ピッキング予定であった物品の識別情報と、を照合する照合ステップと、
照合ステップにおける照合の結果、識別情報が一致しない物品の積み付け位置を表示する表示ステップ
ピッキングシステム1は、多数のワーク(物品)Wが収納されたバケット等のピッキング用ワークボックス40からワークWを1個ずつピッキングし、積み付け用ワークボックス41に積み付けるシステムである。ピッキングシステム1は、図1に示すように、ピッキングロボット10と、エンコーダ(位置特定部)15と、コントローラ20と、記憶部25と、端末画面(表示部)30とを備えている。なお、各ワークWには、RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification)タグTが取り付けられている。
ここでは、ピッキングシステム1の動作について、図3,図4を用いて説明する。
以上、本発明の一実施形態について説明したが、本発明は上記実施形態に限定されるものではなく、発明の要旨を逸脱しない範囲で種々の変更が可能である。
上記実施形態のピッキングシステム1では、ピッキングロボット10は、制御命令に従ってワークWを積み付け用ワークボックス41における第2所定位置P2に積み付ける例を挙げて説明した。しかし、本発明はこれに限定されるものではない。
上記実施形態のピッキングシステム1では、IDリーダ13により取得された識別情報をキーにして、記憶部25に記憶されているデータベースDBの属性情報を取得する例を挙げて説明した。しかし、本発明はこれに限定されるものではない。
例えば、各ワークの属性情報は、ICタグに上述のような属性データが直接記憶されていてもよい。この場合も、上記の実施形態に係るピッキングシステム1と同様の効果を得ることができる。
上記実施形態のピッキングシステム1では、識別情報を付与する手段としてRFIDタグTを採用し、IDリーダを用いてRFIDタグTから識別情報を取得する例を挙げて説明した。しかし、本発明はこれに限定されるものではない。
例えば、識別情報を付与する手段としてバーコードや二次元バーコード、そして、識別情報を取得する手段としてバーコードリーダ等を適用してもよい。また、ユニークとなる識別情報を直接記載したシール等を貼付けて、カメラ等によって識別情報を取得してもよい。この場合も、上記の実施形態に係るピッキングシステム1と同様の効果を得ることができる。
上記実施形態のピッキングシステム1では、ピッキングロボット10におけるハンド12の位置を特定するために、エンコーダ15を用いて実測する例を挙げて説明した。しかし、本発明はこれに限定されるものではない。
例えば、ピッキングロボットを制御する制御命令の内容、すなわち、制御命令に含まれる第2所定位置P2の情報を用いて、ハンド12の位置を特定してもよい。
上記実施形態のピッキングシステム1では、図2に示すように、属性情報表示部33が、識別情報が一致しないワークW2において実際に異なる属性情報の項目について表示する例を挙げて説明した。しかし、本発明はこれに限定されるものではない。
例えば、本来積み付けるべきワークの属性情報と、間違って積み付けされたワークの属性情報とを並べて表示してもよい。
上記実施形態のピッキングシステム1では、ピッキングの対象となるワークWの識別情報が制御命令の中に含まれている例を挙げて説明した。しかし、本発明はこれに限定されるものではない。
例えば、積み付け用ワークボックスにワークWを満載したときのワークWの位置と識別情報とを記録した出荷予定リスト等を基にして、照合部が処理を行ってもよい。

- 識別情報が取り付けられた物品をピッキングするピッキングシステムであって、
前記物品を第1所定位置から取り出して第2所定位置に積み付けするピッキング部と、
前記ピッキング部によってピッキングされる前記物品の前記識別情報を取得するIDリーダと、
前記ピッキング部によって積み付けられた前記物品の積み付け位置を特定する位置特定部と、
前記IDリーダによって取得された前記識別情報と、ピッキング予定であった前記物品の識別情報と、を照合する照合部と、
前記照合部における照合の結果、前記識別情報が一致しない前記物品の前記積み付け位置を表示する表示部と、
を備えている、ピッキングシステム。 - 前記ピッキング部は、前記照合部による照合の結果、前記識別情報が一致しない前記物品を第3所定位置に積み付ける、
請求項1に記載のピッキングシステム。 - 前記ピッキング部は、前記照合部による照合の結果、前記識別情報が一致しない前記物品を前記第2所定位置の中でユーザが取り除きやすい位置に積み付ける、
請求項1に記載のピッキングシステム。 - 前記表示部は、前記識別情報が一致しない前記物品に関連する各種項目を表示する、
請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のピッキングシステム。 - 識別情報が取り付けられた物品をピッキングするピッキング方法であって、
前記物品を第1所定位置から取り出して第2所定位置に積み付けするピッキングステップと、
前記ピッキングステップにおいてピッキングされる前記物品の前記識別情報を取得するID読み取りステップと、
前記ピッキングステップにおいて積み付けられた前記物品の積み付け位置を特定する位置特定ステップと、
前記ID読み取りステップにおいて取得された前記識別情報と、ピッキング予定であった前記物品の識別情報と、を照合する照合ステップと、
前記照合ステップにおける照合の結果、前記識別情報が一致しない前記物品の前記積み付け位置を表示する表示ステップと、
を備えている、ピッキング方法。
