- the inserted inspection cover 2 is hinged.
- the inspection cover 2 is pivotably articulated in the region of two adjacent frame corners, which is referred to below as the articulation area 5.
- Both the revision frame 1 and the inspection cover 2 are here preferably also assembled by corner connectors 6 coupled profile pieces 7.
- corner connectors 6 are only indicated in the drawing and playing present a minor role.
- German patent application 10 2007 005 290.3 which also goes back to the applicant and the contents of which is made to the full extent the subject of this application.
- FIG. 1 A synopsis of Figs. 1, 2 and 4 illustrates that the bearing pins 9 are aligned in the assembled state perpendicular to the extension of the beads 8. It is readily apparent that a pivoting of the inspection cover 2 relative to the inspection frame 1 is ensured via the engagement of the bearing pin 9 in the beads 8 in the manner of a hinge.
- the beads 8 represent a sort of longitudinal guide for the bearing pin 9, so that the inspection cover 2 is slidably guided along the beads 8.
- the illustration in Fig. 1 shows that this displaceability of the inspection cover 2 relative to the inspection frame 1 but also required. Due to the fact that the inspection cover 2 projects to a certain extent when pivoting out of the closed position towards the inspection frame 1, the mobility is necessary in order to avoid jamming between the inspection cover 2 and the inspection frame 1. During a pivoting movement of the inspection cover 2 so the axis of this pivotal movement shifts so far that the above jamming just does not occur.
- the beads 8 extend substantially parallel to the extension of the respective profile pieces 7. Furthermore, it is preferably here that the beads 8 in question extend over the entire length of the profile pieces 7. This is naturally advantageous in terms of manufacturing technology. In a particularly preferred embodiment, all profile pieces 7 of the inspection frame 1 are equipped with the beads 8 in question, which further simplifies the production.
- the beads 8 are configured in cross-section U-shaped.
- Fig. 3 shows the right in Fig. 1, a bearing pin 9 associated profile piece 7 of the inspection frame 1 as such.
- the beads 8 introduced into the profile pieces 7 of the inspection frame 1 are each open at at least one point via an insertion channel 10 essentially perpendicular to the bead extension, in this case upwards.
- the beads 8 are designed to be open at the bottom.
- substantially perpendicular is to be understood here broadly and merely means that the insertion channel 10 tapers laterally onto the bead 8.
- the insertion channel 10 is seen in the direction of the extension of the bead 8 is now located so that upon insertion of the frame cover 2, the bearing pin 9 after passing through the respective insertion channel 10 through a section 12 of the respective bead 8 to reach the articulation area 5.
- the blocking element 14 is formed as out of the profile piece 7 bent tongue, which is extremely advantageous in terms of manufacturing technology.
- the realization of the bearing pin 9 can be particularly advantageously connected with the realization of a mounting element 15, which is used to stiffen the inspection frame 1 or the inspection cover 2 and / or, as here, serves as a corner connector 6.
- the bearing pin 9 is integrally connected to the mounting element 15.
- the bearing pin 9 is glued to the mounting element 15, riveted or screwed.
- the mounting member 15 preferably has an angular portion 16 which is arranged so that it serves the stiffening of the respective frame or top corner.
- the profile pieces 7 of the inspection frame 1 and the inspection cover 2 are each formed in cross-section substantially L-shaped with two mutually substantially vertically aligned legs 7a, 7b, wherein in the mounted state, one leg 7a substantially vertically and the other leg 7b is oriented substantially horizontally.
- the proposed bead 8 is then in a particularly preferred embodiment in the vertically aligned leg 7a, preferably approximately centrally formed. This can be seen in the illustration in FIG. 3.
- the proposed bead 8 in the profile pieces 7 can be particularly easy to implement when the profile pieces 7 of the inspection frame 1 and / or the inspection cover 2 are configured as a rolling and / or rolling and / or extrusion profile.
- the beads 8 give the revision frame 1 and / or the inspection cover 2 a certain dimensional stability, it is possible that the profile pieces of the inspection frame 1 and / or the inspection cover 2 have a particularly low material thickness, resulting in a reduction of material costs. Accordingly, it is also conceivable that the profile pieces 7 of the inspection frame 1 and / or the inspection cover 2 made at least partially made of plastic. Are. However, especially with regard to temperature stability, the materials steel and aluminum are preferred.
- the arranged on the inspection frame 1 spacers 4 provide support surfaces 4a, with which the inspection frame 1 rests in the mounted state on the wall or ceiling.
- the spacers 4 also serve to attach the inspection frame 1 to the wall or ceiling.
- fastening elements such as screws or the like extending from the visible side are brought into engagement with the spacers 4 at predetermined attachment positions through the wall or ceiling.
- FIG. 2 an above fastening position is indicated by a dot-dash line 4b. From this representation it can be seen that the fastening positions, which are located in each case on a spacer 4, must be exactly met. For this purpose, it is preferably provided that in the support surface 4a of the spacer 4, a formation in the manner of a funnel is introduced, in the center of which, if appropriate, already a corresponding hole for a tapping screw or the like is arranged. This makes it much easier to find this hole.
- the mounting aid is preferably configured overall as an angle. It has a contact section 17 which can be applied to the inspection frame 1 inserted into the wall or ceiling in such a way that a bracket 18 of the mounting aid comes to lie above the fastening position on the wall or ceiling for indicating the position.
- the mounting aid is thus first moved with its contact portion 17 starting from the position shown in FIG. 6 in a direction which is provided with the reference numeral 19 in FIG.
- the contact portion 17 comes with the revision frame 1, here with the respective profile piece 7 of the revision frame 1, a form-fitting engagement. This ensures that the contact section 17 is positioned in a predetermined manner.
- the abutment portion 17 is at least partially inserted into the bead 8 of the profile piece 7 of the inspection frame 1 in order to realize the above-mentioned positive locking.
- the contact portion 17 with at least one bore 20 in the profile piece 7 of the inspection frame 1 via associated formations 20a is engageable.
- the boom 18 has an opening 21 through which a bore or mark on the mounting position on the wall or ceiling can be attached.
- the opening 21 of the arm 18 is thus located at applied contact portion 17 so exactly above the support surface 4 a of the respective spacer 4, so that this support surface 4 a can be met with the hole through the wall or ceiling exactly.
- the mounting aid consists of a total of a plastic material and is further preferably prepared by plastic injection molding. It is also conceivable embodiment of metal or other materials.
