- 우산(1)을 구성함에 있어서;손잡이(3)가 하단에 결합된 외관(4)과, 외관(4)의 내측에 결합되는 내관(5)으로 구성한 우산대(2)와;상기 외관(4)과 내관(5)의 상단에 설치한 보조살고정부재(6) 및 메인살고정부재(7)와;상기 보조살고정부재(6)와 메인살고정부재(7)에 회동 가능하게 조립되는 다수개의 보조우산살(8a)과 메인우산살(8b)로 구성한 우산살 어셈블리(8)와;상기 내관(5)의 하단에 내관(5)과 일체로 형성한 확관부(15)와;상단에 형성된 걸림턱(17)이 확관부(15)의 상단에 걸림되도록 결합되며 손잡이(3) 하측으로 출몰되며 하단에 받침턱(16d)이 형성된 스프링 가압관(16)과;보조살고정부재(6)의 아래쪽에 위치하도록 내관(5)의 중상단에 형성한 스토퍼돌기(5c)와, 스프링 가압관(16)의 걸림턱(17) 사이에 설치한 코일스프링(18)과;스프링(11)에 의해 탄성 지지되도록 손잡이(3)에 설치한 조작버튼(12) 및 조작버튼(12)에 일체 형성된 가압편(12b)에 의해 가압 작동하는 보조버튼(19)과;상기 조작버튼(12)과 보조버튼(19)에 스프링(11) 쪽으로 각각 형성한 걸림돌기(12a,19a), 조작버튼(12)의 걸림돌기(12a) 반대쪽과 가압편(12b)의 하단에 각각 형성한 승강방지용 돌기(12c) 및 지지돌기(12d)와;조작버튼(12)의 걸림돌기(12a)에 하향 경사지게 형성한 안내면(12a') 및 보조버튼(19)의 걸림돌기(19a)에 상향 경사지게 형성한 안내면(19a')과;상기 조작버튼(12)과 보조버튼(19)에 형성된 걸림돌기(12a,19a)가 선택적으로 결합되도록 상기 확관부(15)의 상측에 짧게 형성한 걸림구멍(15a) 및 그 하측으로 길게 형성한 작동구멍(15b), 그리고 이들과 겹쳐지도록 스프링 가압관(16)의 상측에 길게 형성한 작동구멍(16b) 및 그 하측으로 짧게 형성한 걸림구멍(16a)과;상기 걸림돌기(12a,19a)와 승강방지돌기(12c) 및 지지돌기(12d)가 출입하는 외관(4)의 손잡이(3) 내부에 형성된 작동구멍(4b)과;상기 조작버튼(12)과 가압편(12b)에 형성한 승강방지용 돌기(12c) 및 지지돌기(12d)에 선택적으로 결합되도록 상기 확관부(15)의 상측에 걸림구멍(15a)과 작동구멍(15b)에 겹쳐지게 위치하며 조작버튼(12)을 가압할 때 지지돌기(12d)가 내입되지 않게 작게 형성한 스토퍼구멍(15c)과, 스프링 가압관(16)에 형성된 걸림구멍(16a)과 작동구멍(16b)에 겹쳐지도록 확관부(15)의 하측과 스프링 가압관(16)에 동일한 크기로 형성하며, 조작버튼(12)을 가압할 때 지지돌기(12d)가 내입되게 길게 형성한 한 스토퍼구멍(15c,16c)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 우산.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 손잡이(3)의 내측으로 하향 개구되게 형성한 공간(3a)과;손잡이(3)와 스프링 가압관(16)의 하단에 형성된 받침턱(16d) 사이에 위치하도록 상기 공간(3a)에 내입 설치한 제2보조코일스프링(20)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 우산.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 손잡이(3) 내측에 형성한 공간(3a)과;상기 공간(3a)에 내입 설치한 제2보조스프링(20)과;손잡이(3) 내부의 공간(3a) 아래쪽에 설치공(3b)을 형성하고, 설치공(3b)에는 상기 제2보조코일스프링(20)을 받치는 스프링 받침구(21)가 외관(4)의 외부에 끼워진 상태로 배치되며, 스프링 받침구(21)에는 측면이 개구된 내입공(21a)을 형성하고, 상기 내입공(21a)에는 마주보게 돌기(22a,22b)가 형성되는 스토퍼(22)를 외관(4)의 외부에 끼워진 상태가 되도록 결합하며;상기 내입공(21a)의 상측에는 설치공(3b)의 일측 상단에 형성된 경사 안내면(3c)이 내입되는 구멍(21b)을 형성하고, 상기 스토퍼(22)에 형성된 돌기(22a,22b)들 중 한쪽은 상하측으로 경사면(22a')을 형성하여 외관(4)에 형성된 걸림구멍(4d)과 스프링 가압관(16)에 형성된 제2작동구멍(16e)에 내입되게 하고;다른 쪽은 하향 경사진 경사면(22b')을 형성하여 외관(4)에 형성된 작동구멍(4c)과 스프링 가압관(16)에 형성된 제2걸림구멍(16f)에 내입되게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 우산.
- 제1항 또는 제2항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 메인살고정부재(7)에 결합되는 메인우산살(8b)의 결합부(7a)의 직경은 보조살고정부재(6)에 결합되는 보조우산살(8a)의 결합부(6a)의 직경보다 큰 치수로 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 우산.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 보조살고정부재(6)와 메인살고정부재(7) 사이에 설치한 보조코일스프링(13)과;우산(1)을 접은 상태에서 보조코일스프링(13)이 내장되도록 메인살고정부재(7)에 일체 형성한 스프링 하우징(14)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 우산.
- 우산(101)을 구성함에 있어서;손잡이(103)가 하단에 결합된 외관(104)과, 외관(104)의 내측에 결합되는 내관(105)으로 구성한 우산대(102)와;상기 외관(104)의 상단에 결합한 메인살고정부재(107)와;상기 메인살고정부재(107) 하측으로 외관(104)에 상하 길게 형성한 작동구멍(104a)을 통해 내관(105) 상단에 결합한 핀(109) 및 핀(109)에 결합되어 외관(104)을 따라서 승강하는 보조살고정부재(106)와;상기 보조살고정부재(106)와 메인살고정부재(107)에 회동 가능하게 조립되는 다수개의 보조우산살(108a)과 메인우산살(108b)로 구성한 우산살 어셈블리(108)와;스프링(111)에 의해 탄성 지지되도록 손잡이(103)에 설치되며 외관(104)의 하단에 형성한 작동구멍(104b)으로 내입되는 걸림돌기(112a)가 형성된 조작버튼(112)과;상기 내관(105)의 하단에 확관된 상태로 형성되어 손잡이(103)에 결합되고, 우산(101)이 펼 때 인출되고, 접을 때 들어가도록 하단에 걸림턱(123c)을 형성한 출몰부(123)와;상기 내관(105)이 승강 이동되는 상사점과 하사점에 부합토록 출몰부(123)에 형성되며, 상기 조작버튼(112)에 형성된 걸림돌기(112a)가 선택적으로 결합되는 걸림구멍(123a,123b)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 우산.
- 우산(101)을 구성함에 있어서;손잡이(103)가 하단에 결합되고 상단에 메인살고정부재(107)가 결합된 외관(104)과, 메인살고정부재(107)에 형성된 관통공(107b)으로 조립되어 외관(104)의 내측에 결합되며 손잡이(103) 내측에 위치하도록 하단에 걸림턱(105a)을 형성한 지지관(105b)을 갖는 내관(105)으로 구성한 우산대(102)와;상기 내관(105)의 상단 외부에 씌워서 일체로 결합되며 하부에 턱(124a)이 형성된 스프링지지관(124)과,상기 메인살고정부재(107) 하측의 외관(104)에 상하 길게 형성한 작동구멍(104a) 및 내관(105) 및 내관(105)에 결합되는 스프링지지관(124)에 작동구멍(104a)과 연통되도록 상하로 길게 형성한 작동구멍(125)과;상기 내관(105)과 스프링지지관(124) 사이에 상단이 끼워지는 작동관(126)과;상기 작동구멍(104a,125)을 통해서 작동관(126) 상단에 끼워지는 핀(109) 및 핀(109)에 결합되어 외관(104)을 따라서 승강하는 보조살고정부재(106)와;상기 보조살고정부재(106)와 메인살고정부재(107)에 회동 가능하게 조립되는 다수개의 보조우산살(108a)과 메인우산살(108b)로 구성한 우산살 어셈블리(108)와;단턱(127a)과 손잡이(103) 외부에 위치하는 걸림턱(127b)이 상하로 형성되게 작동관(126)의 하단에 일체 형성한 출몰부(127)와;상기 내관(105)에 일체로 형성한 스프링 지지관(124)의 턱(124a)과, 작동관(126)과 출몰부(127)의 경계에 형성한 단턱(127a) 사이에 설치한 코일스프링(118)과;스프링(111)에 의해 탄성 지지되도록 손잡이(103)에 설치한 조작버튼(112) 및 조작버튼(112)에 일체 형성되는 가압편(112b)에 의해 가압 작동하는 보조버튼(119)과;상기 조작버튼(112)과 보조버튼(119)에 스프링(111) 쪽으로 각각 형성한 걸림돌기(112a,119a), 조작버튼(112)의 걸림돌기(112a) 반대쪽과 가압편(112b)의 상단에 각각 형성한 승강방지용 돌기(112c) 및 지지돌기(112d)와;조작버튼(112)의 걸림돌기(112a)에 상향 경사지게 형성한 안내면(112a') 및 보조버튼(119)의 걸림돌기(119a)에 하향 경사지게 형성한 안내면(119a')과;상기 조작버튼(112)과 보조버튼(119)에 형성된 걸림돌기(112a,119a)가 선택적으로 결합되도록 상기 내관(105)에는 상측 짧게 형성한 걸림구멍(105c) 및 그 하측으로 길게 형성한 작동구멍(105d), 그리고 이들과 겹쳐지도록 출몰부(127) 상측에 길게 형성한 작동구멍(127f) 및 그 하측으로 짧게 형성한 걸림구멍(127e)과;상기 걸림돌기(112a,119a)와 승강방지돌기(112c) 및 지지돌기(112d)가 출입하는 외관(104)의 손잡이(103) 내부에 형성된 작동구멍(104b)과;상기 조작버튼(112)과 가압편(112b)에 형성한 승강방지용 돌기(112c) 및 지지돌기(112d)가 선택적으로 결합되도록 출몰부(127)의 걸림구멍(127e)과 작동구멍(127f)에 겹쳐지게 위치되며 조작버튼(112)을 가압할 때 지지돌기(112d)가 내입되지 않게 작게 형성한 출몰부(127) 하측의 스토퍼구멍(127c) 및 내관(105)에 형성된 걸림구멍(105c)과 작동구멍(105d)에 겹쳐지게 위치되며 조작버튼(112)을 가압할 때 지지돌기(112d)가 내입되게 길게 형성한 출몰부(127) 상측의 스토퍼구멍(127d)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 우산.
- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 손잡이(103)의 내측으로 하향 개구되게 형성되어 있는 공간(103a)의 하부를 밀폐하는 커버(128)와;상기 공간(103a)에 내장되며 커버(128)와 내관(105) 하단에 형성된 지지관(105b) 사이에 위치하도록 설치한 제2보조코일스프링(120)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 우산.
- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 손잡이(103) 내측에 형성한 공간(103a)과;상기 공간(103a)에 내입 설치된 제2보조코일스프링(120)과;손잡이(103) 내부의 공간(103a) 위쪽에 설치공(103b)을 형성하고, 설치공(103b)에는 상기 제2보조코일스프링(120)을 받치는 스프링 받침구(121)가 외관(104) 외부에 끼워진 상태로 배치되며, 스프링 받침구(121)에는 측면이 개구된 내입공(121a)을 형성하고, 내입공(121a)에는 마주보게 돌기(122a,122b)가 형성되는 스토퍼(122)를 외관(104)의 외부에 끼워진 상태가 되도록 결합하며;상기 내입공(121a)의 하측에는 설치공(103b)의 일측 하단에 형성된 경사 안내면(103c)이 내입되는 구멍(121b)을 형성하며;상기 스토퍼(122)에 형성된 돌기(122a,22b)들 중 한쪽은 상하측으로 경사면(122a')을 형성하여 외관(104)에 형성된 걸림구멍(104d)과 내관(105)의 지지관(105b)에 형성된 제2작동구멍(105e)에 내입되게 하고;다른 쪽은 상향 경사진 경사면(122b')을 형성하여 외관(104)에 형성된 작동구멍(104c)과, 내관(105)의 지지관(105b)에 형성한 제2걸림구멍(105f)에 내입되게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 우산.
- 제 7항 내지 제 10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 보조살고정부재(106)와 메인살고정부재(107) 사이에 설치한 보조코일스프링(113)과;우산(101)을 접은 상태에서 보조코일스프링(113)이 내장되도록 메인살고정부재(107)에 일체 형성한 스프링 하우징(114)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 우산.
- 제7항 또는 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 메인살고정부재(107)에 결합되는 메인우산살(108b)의 결합부(107a)의 직경이 보조살고정부재(106)에 결합되는 보조우산살(108a)의 결합부(106a)의 직경보다 큰 치수로 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 우산.
