Abstract

 アクセル開度判定部(11c1)は、車両(1a)における運転者によるアクセル操作によってアクセル開度が上限値を超過しているか否かを判定する。走行距離積算部(11d)は、アクセル開度が上限値を超過していると判定されなかった場合、アクセル開度上限値内走行距離を積算する。走行距離積算部(11d)は、アクセル開度が上限値を超過していると判定された場合、アクセル開度上限値超過走行距離を積算する。省燃費運転採点部(12)は、走行距離積算部(11d)によって積算された各積算値に基づいて運転者の運転を採点する。
