如图 1、 2、 3、 4、 7所示, 本实施例公开的多用途面包机, 包括有两个易取出和安 放的烤盘, 即上烤盘 1、 下烤盘 2 , 所述箱体 3的内侧壁上设置两个烤盘支架, 即上烤 盘支架 4、 下烤盘支架 5; 所述上烤盘支架 4位于所述箱体 3内侧壁的中上部, 所述下 烤盘支架 5位于所述箱体 3内侧壁的中下部。
所述面包机设置有两组加热元件, 分别位于箱体内的上部和下部空间; 所述两组加 热元件分别为:位于箱体内的上部的横向设置的上电热管 6和位于箱体内的下部空间的 横向设置的下电热管 7; 所述上电热管 6位于上烤盘支架 4的上方, 下电热管 7位于下 烤盘支架 5的下方。
如图 4所示, 所述面包机箱体 3的底部设有自动搅拌面粉的驱动装置 9 , 在面包桶 8里设有搅拌棒 10, 所述驱动装置 9通过传动装置连接到搅拌棒 10上, 由搅拌棒 10转 动搅拌面包桶 8里的面料; 所述上电热管 6位于面包桶 8的外周的中部位置, 下电热管 7位于面包桶 8的底方。
如图 7所示, 上烤盘支架 4、 下烤盘支架 5可采用相同的结构: 即烤盘支架包括有 座部 42、 悬臂部 43、 复位弹性装置、 以及旋转轴 41 ; 所述旋转轴 41 固定在箱体 3的 内侧壁上; 所述烤盘支架的悬臂部 43具有工作位置一和工作位置二; 当需要用烤盘烘 烤食物时, 所述烤盘支架旋转, 悬臂部 43呈水平方向伸出, 所述悬臂部 43位于旋转轴 41 的内侧, 悬臂部 43位于工作位置一; 当需要用所述面包桶制作面包时, 悬臂部 43 复位至工作位置二, 悬臂部 43呈竖直方向向上伸出, 悬臂部 43的外侧紧靠箱体 3的内 侧壁。
所述上烤盘 1或下烤盘 2为一种平底盘。
所述上烤盘 1或下烤盘 2为一种具有两个或多个凹腔的盘状容器。
如图 1、 2、 3、 4、 7所示, 本实施例的箱体 3为长方体结构, 所述上烤盘支架 4和 下烤盘支架 5安装在箱体 3的短边侧面上; 上烤盘 1、 下烤盘 2的两端分别搁置在上烤 盘支架 4、 下烤盘支架 5的悬臂部的顶面。 使用本实施例的面包机可按如下步骤操作:
先将面包桶 8放入箱体 3里, 将面料放入面包桶 8里, 由驱动装置 9通过传动装置 驱动搅拌棒 10进行搅拌, 搅拌好的面料可以直接放置在面包桶 8里, 之后由两个发热 元件进行烘烤, 烘烤完成后即可; 也可以将面包桶 8取出, 将上烤盘 1、 下烤盘 2中的 一个或两个放入箱体 3里, 将面料放到烤盘里, 再将烤盘放置在烤架支架上, 之后进行 烘烤, 烘烤完成后即可得到与烤盘相对应形状的面包。 实施例二:
如图 5、 6所示, 本实施例与实施例一不同之处是: 箱体 3为长方体结构, 所述上 烤盘支架 4和下烤盘支架 5安装在箱体 3的长边侧面上; 上烤盘 1、 下烤盘 2的两端分 别搁置在上烤盘支架 4、 下烤盘支架 5的悬臂部的顶面。 实施例三:
如图 7、 8、 9、 10、 1 1所示, 本实施例公开的多用途面包机, 与实施例一不同之处 在于, 设置有单组加热元件, 横向设置于箱体内的中部空间; 所述加热元件采用环状结 构的电热管 16 , 环绕在所述面包桶或烤盘的外周。
所述电热管 16位于上烤盘支架 4和下烤盘支架 5之间。
如图 4所示, 所述面包机箱体 3的底部设有自动搅拌面粉的驱动装置 9 , 在面包桶 8里设有搅拌棒 10 , 所述驱动装置 9通过传动装置连接到搅拌棒 10上, 由搅拌棒 10转 动搅拌面包桶 8里的面料; 所述电热管 16位于面包桶 8的外周的中部偏下位置。
所述上烤盘 1或下烤盘 2为一种平底盘。
所述上烤盘 1或下烤盘 2为一种具有两个或多个凹腔的盘状容器。
如图 8、 9、 10、 11所示, 本实施例的箱体 3为长方体结构, 所述上烤盘支架 4和 下烤盘支架 5安装在箱体 3的短边侧面上; 上烤盘 1、 下烤盘 2的两端分别搁置在上烤 盘支架 4、 下烤盘支架 5的悬臂部的顶面。
使用本实施例的面包机可按如下步骤操作: 先将面包桶 8放入箱体 3里, 将面料放入面包桶 8里, 由驱动装置 9通过传动装置 驱动搅拌棒 10进行搅拌, 搅拌好的面料可以直接放置在面包桶 8里, 之后由发热元件 进行烘烤, 烘烤完成后即可; 也可以将面包桶 8取出, 将上烤盘 1、 下烤盘 2中的一个 或两个放入箱体 3里,将面料放到烤盘里,再将烤盘放置在烤架支架上,之后进行洪烤, 烘烤完成后即可得到与烤盘相对应形状的面包。 实施例四:
如图 12、 13所示, 本实施例与实施例一不同之处是: 箱体 3为长方体结构, 所述 上烤盘支架 4和下烤盘支架 5安装在箱体 3的长边侧面上; 上烤盘 1、 下烤盘 2的两端 分别搁置在上烤盘支架 4、 下烤盘支架 5的悬臂部的顶面。 实施例五:
如图 14、 15所示, 本实施例公开一种带热风循环的多用途面包机, 包括有外亮体、 位于外壳体内的箱体 3、 安装在外壳体顶部的上盖; 所述上盖、 箱体 3、 外壳体可包围 成一个封闭的制造腔; 所述面包机还包括一个开口向上并且易取出和安放的面包桶, 以 及位于箱体内且位于面包桶外部的加热元件; 其中, 所述面包机还包括一个或多个易取 出和安放的烤盘,所述箱体的内腔中设置有烤盘支架;当需要用所述面包桶制作面包时, 所述面包桶安放在制造腔中; 当需要用烤盘烘烤食物时, 所述一个或多个烤盘放置在烤 盘支架上; 所述加热元件包括有位于所述封闭的制造腔外部的热风循环装置 26 , 所述 热风循环装置的出风口 266与所述封闭的制造腔连通; 所述热风循环装置 26包括有吹 风部件和加热部件。
所述热风循环装置 26设置于外壳体和箱体之间的空间内。
所述热风循环装置 26, 沿空气出风方向, 由内向外依次包括有: 发热盒 261、 热风 风扇 262、 热风盒 263、 电机 264、 以及冷却风扇 265; 所述热风盒 263隔离在热风风扇 262和电机 264之间, 所述热风盒 263内部形成热风流动区域。
本实施例公开的多用途面包机, 包括有两个易取出和安放的烤盘, 即上烤盘 1、 下 烤盘 2 , 所述箱体 3的内侧壁上设置两个烤盘支架, 即上烤盘支架 4、 下烤盘支架 5; 所述上烤盘支架 4位于所述箱体 3内侧壁的中上部, 所述下烤盘支架 5位于所述箱体 3 内侧壁的中下部。
如图 7所示, 上烤盘支架 4、 下烤盘支架 5可采用相同的结构: 即烤盘支架包括有 座部 42、 悬臂部 43、 复位弹性装置、 以及旋转轴 41 ; 所述旋转轴 41 固定在箱体 3的 内侧壁上; 所述烤盘支架的悬臂部 43具有工作位置一和工作位置二; 当需要用烤盘洪 烤食物时, 所述烤盘支架旋转, 悬臂部 43呈水平方向伸出, 所述悬臂部 43位于旋转轴 41 的内侧, 悬臂部 43位于工作位置一; 当需要用所述面包桶制作面包时, 悬臂部 43 复位至工作位置二, 悬臂部 43呈竖直方向向上伸出, 悬臂部 43的外侧紧靠箱体 3的内 侧壁。
本实施例的箱体 3为长方体结构, 所述上烤盘支架 4和下烤盘支架 5安装在箱体 3 的相对两短边或长边侧面上; 上烤盘 1、 下烤盘 2的两端分别搁置在上烤盘支架 4、 下 烤盘支架 5的悬臂部的顶面。
所述箱体 3可采用其他形状, 例如椭圆形或其他不规则的形状, 烤盘支架设置在箱 体 3内腔的相对两端。
所述发热盒 261内部设置有电热丝, 热风风扇 262和冷却风扇 265采用轴流风扇, 热风盒 263为全封闭的盒状,发热盒 261的热风风扇 262位于所述发热盒 261包围的区 域中; 所述热风风扇 262、 电机 264、 以及冷却风扇 265的回转中心线位于同一直线上。
所述面包机箱体 3的底部设有自动搅拌面粉的驱动装置, 在面包桶里设有搅拌棒, 所述驱动装置通过传动装置连接到搅拌棒上, 由搅拌棒转动搅拌面包桶里的面料。
使用本实施例的面包机可按如下步骤操作:
先将面包桶放入箱体 3里,将面料放入面包桶里, 由驱动装置通过传动装置驱动搅 拌棒进行搅拌, 搅拌好的面料可以直接放置在面包桶里, 之后由热风循环装置 26吹热 风进行洪烤, 烘烤完成后即可; 也可以将面包桶取出, 将上烤盘 1、 下烤盘 2中的一个 或两个放入箱体 3里,将面料放到烤盘里,再将烤盘放置在烤架支架上,之后进行烘烤, 烘烤完成后即可得到与烤盘相对应形状的面包。 实施例六:
如图 16、 17所示, 本实施例与实施例一不同之处是: 所述加热元件包括有位于箱 体内的一根或多根电热管。
所述电热管采用环状结构, 环绕在所述面包桶或烤盘的外周。
所述电热管位于上烤盘支架 1和下烤盘支架 2之间。
所述面包机箱体 3的底部设有自动搅拌面粉的驱动装置, 在面包桶里设有搅拌棒, 所述驱动装置通过传动装置连接到搅拌棒上, 由搅拌棒转动搅拌面包桶里的面料; 所述 电热管位于面包桶的外周的中部偏下位置。 上述所列具体实现方式为非限制性的,对本领域的技术人员来说, 在不偏离本实用 新型范围内, 进行的各种改进和变化, 均属于本实用新型的保护范围。 例如, 烤盘的形 状的变化、 箱体形状的变化、 电热管装配方式变化、 热风循环功能装置变化等。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种多用途面包机, 包括有外壳体、 位于外壳体内的箱体(3 )、 安装在外壳体 顶部的上盖; 所述上盖、 箱体(3 )、 外壳体可包围成一个封闭的制造腔; 所述面包机还 包括一个开口向上并且易取出和安放的面包桶,以及位于箱体内且位于面包桶外部的加 热元件; 其特征在于: 所述面包机还包括一个或多个易取出和安放的烤盘, 所述箱体的 内侧壁上设置有烤盘支架; 当需要用所述面包桶制作面包时, 所述面包桶安放在制造腔 中; 当需要用烤盘烘烤食物时, 所述一个或多个烤盘放置在烤盘支架上。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述一种多用途面包机, 其特征在于: 所述加热元件采用环状 结构, 环绕在所述面包桶或烤盘的外周。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述一种多用途面包机, 其特征在于: 包括有两个易取出和安 放的烤盘, 即上烤盘(1 )、 下烤盘(2 ), 所述箱体( 3 )的内侧壁上设置两个烤盘支架, 即上烤盘支架( 4 )、 下烤盘支架( 5 ); 所述上烤盘支架( 4 )位于所述箱体( 3 ) 内侧壁 的中上部, 所述下烤盘支架(5 )位于所述箱体(3 ) 内侧壁的中下部。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述一种多用途面包机, 其特征在于: 所述烤盘支架包括有座 部(42 )、 悬臂部 (43 )、 复位弹性装置、 以及旋转轴(41 ); 所述旋转轴(41 ) 固定在 箱体(3 ) 的内侧壁上; 所述烤盘支架的悬臂部 (43 )具有工作位置一和工作位置二; 当需要用烤盘洪烤食物时, 所述烤盘支架旋转, 悬臂部(43 )呈水平方向伸出, 所述悬 臂部( 43 )位于旋转轴( 41 )的内侧, 悬臂部( 43 )位于工作位置一; 当需要用所述面 包桶制作面包时, 悬臂部(43 )复位至工作位置二, 悬臂部(43 )呈竖直方向向上伸出, 悬臂部 (43 ) 的外侧紧靠箱体(3 ) 的内侧壁。
5、 根据权利要求 3或 4所述一种多用途面包机, 其特征在于: 所述上烤盘( 1 )或 下烤盘(2 ) 为一种平底盘。
6、 根据权利要求 3或 4所述一种多用途面包机, 其特征在于: 所述上烤盘( 1 )或 下烤盘(2 ) 为一种具有两个或多个 EJ腔的盘状容器。 7、 根据权利要求 3或 4所述一种多用途面包机, 其特征在于: 所述箱体( 3 )为长 方体结构, 所述上烤盘支架(4)和下烤盘支架 (5)安装在箱体(3) 的短边或长边侧 面上; 上烤盘(1)、 下烤盘(2) 的两端分别搁置在上烤盘支架(4)、 下烤盘支架(5) 的悬臂部的顶面。
8、 根据权利要求 2或 3或 4所述一种多用途面包机, 其特征在于: 所述面包机设 置有两组加热元件, 分别位于箱体内的上部和下部空间。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述一种多用途面包机, 其特征在于: 所述两组加热元件分别 为: 位于箱体内的上部的横向设置的上电热管 (6)和位于箱体内的下部空间的横向设 置的下电热管 (7); 所述上电热管 (6)位于上烤盘支架 (4) 的上方, 下电热管 (7) 位于下烤盘支架(5) 的下方。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述一种多用途面包机, 其特征在于: 所述面包机箱体(3) 的底部设有自动搅拌面粉的驱动装置( 9 ), 在面包桶( 8 )里设有搅拌棒( 10 ), 所述驱 动装置( 9 )通过传动装置连接到搅拌棒( 10 )上, 由搅拌棒( 10 )转动搅拌面包桶( 8 ) 里的面料; 所述上电热管 (6)位于面包桶 (8) 的外周的中部位置, 下电热管 (7)位 于面包桶 (8) 的底方。
11、 根据权利要求 2或 3或 4所述一种多用途面包机, 其特征在于: 设置有单组加 热元件, 横向设置于箱体内的中部空间; 所述加热元件采用环状结构的电热管 16, 环 绕在所述面包桶或烤盘的外周;所述电热管 16位于上烤盘支架 4和下烤盘支架 5之间。
12、 根据权利要求 3或 4所述一种多用途面包机, 其特征在于: 所述加热元件包括 有位于所述封闭的制造腔外部的热风循环装置( 26 ),所述热风循环装置的出风口( 266 ) 与所述封闭的制造腔连通; 所述热风循环装置(26) 包括有吹风部件和加热部件。
13、 根据权利要求 12所述带热风循环的多用途面包机, 其特征在于: 所述热风循 环装置 (26)设置于外壳体和箱体之间的空间内。 14、 根据权利要求 11或 12所述带热风循环的多用途面包机, 其特征在于: 所述热 风循环装置(26 ), 沿空气出风方向, 由内向外依次包括有: 发热盒(261 )、 热风风扇
( 262 )、 热风盒( 263 )、 电机( 264 )、 以及冷却风扇 ( 265 ); 所述热风盒( 263 ) 隔离 在热风风扇 ( 262 )和电机( 264 )之间, 所述热风盒( 263 ) 内部形成热风流动区域。
15、 根据权利要求 13所述带热风循环的多用途面包机, 其特征在于: 所述发热盒 ( 261 ) 内部设置有电热丝, 热风风扇 ( 262 )和冷却风扇 ( 265 )采用轴流风扇, 热风 盒( 263 )为全封闭的盒状, 发热盒(261 ) 的热风风扇 ( 262 )位于所述发热盒(261 ) 包围的区域中; 所述热风风扇 ( 262 )、 电机( 264 )、 以及冷却风扇 ( 265 ) 的回转中心 线位于同一直线上。
