Abstract

 本発明の課題は、リン酸塩被膜などの従来の化成被膜よりも耐食性に優れた化成被膜を表面に有するR-Fe-B系焼結磁石およびその製造方法を提供することである。その解決手段としての本発明の耐食性磁石は、R-Fe-B系焼結磁石(Rは少なくともNdを含む希土類元素)の表面に、構成元素としてZr、Nd、フッ素、酸素を少なくとも含有する化成被膜(但しリンは含有しない)を直接的に有することを特徴とする。
