Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Elektroden für Solarzellen, wobei die Elektrode als elektrisch leitfähige Schicht auf einem Substrat (1) für Solarzellen ausgebildet ist, bei dem in einem ersten Schritt eine elektrisch leitfähige Partikel enthaltende Dispersion von einem Träger (7) auf das Substrat (1) durch Bestrahlung der Dispersion mit einem Laser (9) übertragen wird und in einem zweiten Schritt die auf das Substrat (1) übertragene Dispersion zur Bildung der elektrisch leitfähigen Schicht getrocknet und/oder ausgehärtet wird.
