Definitions
- the present invention relates to a tray, and more particularly to a tray for transporting and storing a substantially plate-shaped stored item such as a substrate on which electronic components are mounted in a protected state.
- a tray 100 shown in FIG. 6 is configured to store substrates 110 serving as stored items in a storage recess 102 having a predetermined size surrounded by a side wall 104 and arranged in a plane.
- an antistatic and impact absorbing sheet 112 can be laid on a substrate 110 arranged in the storage recess 102, and another tray 100 can be stacked thereon. It is a tray (so-called stackable tray).
- the tray having such a configuration has the following problems.
- the substrate 110 is easy to move during transportation. For this reason, the substrate is often damaged or broken due to impact or vibration during transportation.
- the number of storage per tray 100 varies depending on the size of the substrate. This is inconvenient in managing the number of stocks and the number of transports stored in the tray.
- the problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a tray that has excellent impact resistance, vibration resistance, and the like and can hold a certain number of stored items in a stable state. It is another object of the present invention to provide a tray that can be made more compact when stacked.
- a tray according to the present invention is a tray in which a substantially plate-shaped storage item is stored, and a ridge and a bottom surface are alternately formed.
- the gist of the present invention is that a mounting surface on which the stored item inclined at a predetermined angle is mounted.
- the bottom surface is provided with a protruding portion at least a part of which protrudes.
- the projecting portion is formed asymmetrically with respect to a right angle line that bisects the length of the mountain in the longitudinal direction.
- the said side wall should just be provided with the level
- the stepped portion is formed to be asymmetrical with respect to at least one of the perpendicular lines that bisect the length in the longitudinal direction or the length in the short direction of the tray. is there.
- the height of the stepped portion is such that, when another tray is stacked in the opposite direction by 180 degrees, the distance between the surface on the opposite side of the mounting surface of the other tray and the mounting surface described above is What is necessary is just to be formed so that it may become substantially the same as the thickness of a thing.
- the direction discriminating unit is provided so as to be asymmetrical with respect to at least one of the perpendicular line that bisects the length in the longitudinal direction or the length in the short direction of the tray. .
- a reinforcing rib is formed on the outer peripheral edge of the side wall.
- the tray configured as described above is molded from a foamed resin, particularly foamed polyethylene terephthalate.
- the mounting surface on which the substantially plate-shaped stored item is set is inclined at a certain angle, the stored item is held in a stable state. Moreover, if the number of mounting surfaces (mountains and stripes) is made constant, the number of stored items stored per tray can be made constant.
- the protruding portion with a part of the bottom surface between the ridges is provided asymmetrically with respect to a right angle line that bisects the longitudinal length of the ridges. Therefore, there is no need to interpose a buffer sheet between the stored items and the stacked trays, and the overall size when a plurality of trays are stacked can be made compact.
- the distance between the surface opposite to the mounting surface of the other tray and the mounting surface is the distance between the storage items to be mounted on the mounting surface. If the height of the protruding portion is set so as to be substantially the same as the thickness, the stored item is sandwiched between the upper and lower trays, so that damage or failure of the stored item due to vibration or the like is prevented. .
- a portion of the tray that is asymmetrical with respect to a right-angled line that bisects at least one of the length in the longitudinal direction or the length in the lateral direction of the tray is recessed around the ridge and the bottom surface. If the side wall having a stepped portion is formed, the load from the stacked trays and stored items is supported by the stepped portion in the same manner as the protruding portion. Thereby, the whole size when a plurality of trays are stacked can be made compact.
- the distance between the surface opposite to the mounting surface of the other tray and the mounting surface is the mounting surface. If the height of the stepped portion is set so as to be substantially the same as the thickness of the stored item to be placed, the stored item is sandwiched between the upper and lower trays, and is excellent in vibration resistance.
- a direction discriminating portion may be provided so as to be asymmetrical with respect to a right angle line that bisects at least one of the length in the longitudinal direction and the length in the short direction of the tray.
- the direction of the tray can be easily determined based on the direction determination unit, and the workability of tray stacking work is improved.
- the mechanical strength of the tray is improved by forming reinforcing ribs on the outer peripheral edge of the side wall.
- the vibration resistance of the tray can be further improved by forming the tray from a foamed resin, particularly foamed polyethylene terephthalate.
