Abstract
Description
本実施形態の調湿システム(1)の除湿運転について説明する。
図4に示すように、第1バッチ動作では、各除湿装置(10a,10b,10c)において、第2排気側ダンパ(72)、第3排気側ダンパ(73)、第1給気側ダンパ(75)および第4給気側ダンパ(78)が閉鎖状態となり、第1排気側ダンパ(71)、第4排気側ダンパ(74)、第2給気側ダンパ(76)および第3給気側ダンパ(77)が開放状態となる。
図5に示すように、第2バッチ動作では、各除湿装置(10a,10b,10c)において、第1排気側ダンパ(71)、第4排気側ダンパ(74)、第2給気側ダンパ(76)および第3給気側ダンパ(77)が閉鎖状態となり、第2排気側ダンパ(72)、第3排気側ダンパ(73)、第1給気側ダンパ(75)および第4給気側ダンパ(78)が開放状態となる。
上記本実施形態は、3台の除湿装置(10a,10b,10c)のそれぞれのバッチ動作の切換動作を、3台の除湿装置(10a,10b,10c)が、所定時間(例えば1~4分)の間隔を置いて順に実行するようにした。このため、各除湿装置(10a,10b,10c)から同時にチャンバ(90)へ供給される空気は所定の温度差を持つことになる。つまり、各除湿装置(10a,10b,10c)からチャンバ(90)へ供給されるそれぞれの空気の温度関係が一定になるため、チャンバ(90)で混ぜ合わされた空気の平均温度も一定になる。これにより、混ぜ合わされて温度が平均化した空気を室内へ供給することができる。この結果、除湿装置(10a,10b,10c)から室内へ供給される空気の温度変動を抑制することができる。
本発明は、上記実施形態について、以下のような構成としてもよい。

Claims (2)
- 内部を空気が流れるケーシング(11)と、該ケーシング(11)の内部に設けられ、空気中の水分を吸着する2つの吸着素子(61,62)と、上記ケーシング(11)に設けられ、上記吸着素子(61,62)に供給される空気を加熱する加熱機構(45)とを有する複数台の除湿装置(10a,10b,10c)を備え、
上記各除湿装置(10a,10b,10c)が、上記第1吸着素子(61)で水分を吸着した空気を室内へ供給すると共に、上記加熱機構(45)で加熱した空気を第2吸着素子(62)に通過させて室外へ排出する第1動作と、上記第2吸着素子(62)で水分を吸着した空気を室内へ供給すると共に、上記加熱機構(45)で加熱した空気を第1吸着素子(61)に通過させて室外へ排出する第2動作とを交互に切り換える切換動作をそれぞれ行う調湿システムであって、
上記複数台の除湿装置(10a,10b,10c)の上記切換動作がそれぞれ異なった時間で実行されるように上記各除湿装置(10a,10b,10c)を制御する制御機構(80)と、
該各除湿装置(10a,10b,10c)から室内へ供給する空気を集合する空気集合機構(90)とを備えている
ことを特徴とする調湿システム。 - 請求項1において、
上記制御機構(80)は、上記各除湿装置(10a,10b,10c)の上記切換動作が所定の時間間隔を置いて順に実行されるように上記各除湿装置(10a,10b,10c)を制御する
ことを特徴とする調湿システム。
