Abstract

본 발명은 천연물의 탄수화물 함량은 줄이고, 베타글루칸의 함량은 올리기 위하여 미생물을 첨가하여 발효하고, 상기 발효물의 성분 중, 단백질 함량 70g 또는 식이섬유 함량 24g 기준으로 핵산의 함량이 3-4g 이하인 천연물 발효물의 제조 방법, 상기 방법에 의해 제조된 천연물 발효물, 상기 천연물 발효물을 포함하는 식품 또는 의약품에 관한 것이다.
