一般两轮车于车头可安装一置物篮, 于车尾可安装一置物架。 在传统的现 有技术中, 置物篮是以若干网片焊接成可置物的篮子形状, 而置物架也是以若 干杆体焊接成一平面式的载物结构, 再以一弹性夹压住承载物品。 置物篮与置 物架的形状及功能长久以来并没有突破性的改变或进步, 但仍有许多的使用者 爱用它们, 因为两者各有其使用上的优缺点。 发明内容
本发明的 Θ的在于突破所述置物篮与置物架恒为独立个体的概念, 通过本 案的设计, 使置物篮、 置物架为一体可互为转变的结构。 简言之, 所述置物篮 可通过本案所设计的结构而折叠成为置物架, 或所述置物架可展开成置物篮。

如图 1、 图 2所示, 本发明的置物货架包括:
一底板 10, 其四边分别向上延伸一前限位外挡 1 1、 一后内挡 12以及左右 的侧限位挡边 13; 所述侧限位挡边 13的顶端设一滑杆 14。
二侧板 20 , 其以至少一向下延伸的连接杆 21 活动连接于所述侧限位挡边 13的一横杆 15上, 其再设至少一向下延伸的外挡杆 22, 所述侧板 20可直立 或翻折平放在所述底板 10上。 所述侧板 20可为一片式或两片式折叠网板。
二扭转弹簧 25, 设于所述底板 10横杆 15, 其二簧脚分别勾固于所述侧板 20及所述底板 10所属的杆体。 所述二扭转弹簧 25使所述二侧板 20常态的呈 直立状。
一前板 30, 其底端两侧可转动的各枢接一滑块 31 , 所述二滑块 31分别结 合于上述的滑杆 14; 所述二滑块 31相对的侧面各设一沟槽 31 1。 所述前板 30 的底端向下延伸一勾状的内限位端 32, 可勾附于所述前限位外挡 1 1 的内侧。 所述前板 30可直立或向外翻折; 特别是向外翻呈水平状, 可利用上述滑块 31 及滑杆 14将所述前板 30推移至所述底板 10的正上方。 所述前板 30的两侧顶 端各向外延伸一勾状的侧定位端 34。 所述前板 30及所述侧板 20竖直时, 所述 沟槽 31 1 接收所述二侧板 20的外挡杆 22, 所述侧定位端 34 勾住所述二侧板 20竖直杆体的上端部, 并通过前板 30本身的弹性向内顶住所述二侧板 20 , 使 前板 30与侧板 20稳固的顶抵接触, 据以定位所述二侧板 20。
一后板 40, 其底端活动枢接于所述底板 10的后内挡 12 , 所述后板 40的 底端向内转折形成一^ ^固边缘 41 , 呈一 L型板片状, 所述后板 40直立时, 所 述卡固边缘 41挡止于所述底板 10的底面, 使所述后板 40与所述底板 10展开 时呈垂直的固定角度。 所述后板 40的两侧顶端各设有一勾状的后侧定位端 42, 所述侧板 20竖直时,所述后侧定位端 42勾住所述二侧板 20竖直杆体的上端部, 使所述侧板 20不得向外翻转, 搭配前板 30的侧定位端 34可加强所述二侧板 20的固定效果。
一伸缩夹具 50 ,设于所述前板 30的内侧面, 包括一本体 51 以及活动连接 于所述本体 51顶端的活动压条 55, 所述本体 51位于所述前板 30的外侧面, 所述活动压条 55位于所述前板 30的内侧面。所述本体 51 包括至少一横跨连接 至所述前板 30的纵向滑杆 35的滑座杆 52,所述滑座杆 52与所述前板 30之间 连接一弹簧 53; —扭转弹簧 56连接于所述本体 51及活动压条 55之间, 使所 述活动压条 55产生一相对所述本体 51 的夹力。所述伸缩夹具 50可沿着所述纵 向滑杆 35而往上移动, 且所述前板 30上下方设有横向的限位杆 36, 当所述伸 缩夹具 50往上移动至所述滑座杆 52被所述前板 30的限位杆 36挡止时为极限, 且所述限位杆 36上设有定位勾 361 , 可产生一夹持力夹制所述滑座杆 52, 以使 所述伸缩夹具 50产生定位的效果。所述弹簧 53则附予所述本体 51—复回的拉 力。 在本发明的图例中, 所述本体 51 的滑座杆 52的两端是以弯勾状的勾附于 所述纵向滑杆 35。 然而, 纵向滑杆 35与滑座杆 52的结合关系并不以此为限, 所述滑座杆 52的两端与所述纵向滑杆 35之间亦可以滑块及滑杆的结构实现两 者的结合关系, 并且达到使伸缩夹具 50产生位移定位的效果。
至少一扣件 60, 活动连接于所述前限位外挡 1 1左右两端处, 不论前板 30 呈直立状或水平折叠于所述底板 10 , 所述扣件均可搭扣在所述前板 30 的相对 位置, 进而固定所述前板 30, 作为限位补强之用。
如图 3 , 所述置物篮中可承放物品, 可依照物品的高度调整所述伸缩夹具 50的高度, 以便所述活动压条 55压住物品。 所述置物篮可变换成一置物货架, 配合图 4至图 6描述如下。 如图 4, 将所述侧板 20折叠于所述底板 10上, 并将所述前板 30往外翻。 如图 5, 将所述前板 30依箭头所指示的方向推, 所述滑块 31滑行于所述 滑杆 14, 由于所述滑块 31 是呈一 L型状, 且长端是套设于滑杆 14上, 滑块 31与滑杆 14间具有较大的接触面积, 使得所述前板 30得以稳固的滑动位移, 直至将所述前板 30推移至所述底板 10以及已折叠的侧板 20的正上方,压制所 述侧板 20,并将所述扣件 60搭扣于所述前板 30的相对应位置,将所述前板 30 固定, 至此己完成一置物货架, 如图 6, 所述伸缩夹具 50呈水平的位在所述前 板 30上, 伸缩夹具 50仍然可以夹住所述货架上的货物, 而通过伸缩夹具 50 的伸缩移动, 增加所述伸缩夹具 50的伸展长度, 以加大所述货架的置物面积。
若再将所述后板 40往下折叠于所述前板 30上,即迭合成一扁型的四方体, 上述货架演变成扁平四方体的完全收藏状态。
再者, 所述侧板 20可改变为上下二片折叠网板, 不但可于收藏状态时向内 再次折叠以方便收藏, 更可以于展开成置物篮时, 将所述侧板 20上端向外侧翻 转一角度, 得以加宽置物空间, 配合弹性绳索捆绑使用, 可装入较大体积的货 物。
虽然本案是以最佳实施例做说明, 但本领域技术人员能在不脱离本案精神 与范畴下做各种不同形式的改变。 以上所举实施例仅用以说明本案而已, 非用 以限制本发明的范围。 举凡不违本案精神所从事的种种修改或变化, 倶属本案 申请专利范围。

权利要求
1、 一种多功能置物货架, 包括:
一底板( 10) ;
二活动枢连于所述底板 (10) 左、 右两侧的侧板 (20) ;
一活动枢连于所述底板 (10)后侧的后板 (40) ;
一前板(30) , 其底端两侧可转动的各枢接一滑块(31 ), 所述二滑块(31 ) 分别结合于所述底板( 10) 左、 右两侧的滑杆 ( 14) ; 所述前板(30) 可翻转 成与所述底板 ( 10) 垂直, 亦可翻转成与所述底板 ( 10) 平行, 并且以所述滑 块 (31 ) 滑移于所述滑杆 (14) 上。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的多功能置物货架, 其特征在于, 所述二侧板 (20) 各具有至少一向下延伸的外挡杆 (22) , 所述二滑块 (31 )相对的侧面各设一 沟槽( 311 ) , 所述二侧板( 20 ) 以及所述前板( 30 )直立时, 所述沟槽( 311 ) 供所述二外挡杆 (22) 卡制于其中; 所述前板(30) 的两侧顶端各向外延伸一 勾状的侧定位端 (34) , 所述二侧板(20) 以及所述前板 (30) 直立时, 所述 侧定位端 (34) 勾顶住所述二侧板(20)。

8、如权利要求 7所述的多功能置物货架, 其特征在于, 所述伸缩夹具(50) 包括一本体 (51 ) , 上述的活动压条(55) 的一端活动连接于所述本体 (51 ) 的顶端, 所述本体( 51 )包括至少一横跨连接至所述前板( 10 )的纵向滑杆( 35 ) 的滑座杆( 52 ) , 所述滑座杆( 52 )与下方的限位杆( 36 )间连接一弹簧( 53 ); 一扭转弹簧 (56) 连接于所述本体 (51 )及活动压条 (55)之间。
9、 如权利要求 8 所述的多功能置物货架, 其特征在于, 所述前板(30) 上下方的适当处设有横向的限位杆 (36) , 当所述伸缩夹具 (50) 往上移动至 所述滑座杆 (52)被所述前板 (30) 的限位杆 (36)挡止时为极限。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的多功能置物货架, 其特征在于, 所述限位杆(36) 上设有定位勾 ( 361 ) , 可夹制所述滑座杆( 52 ) , 而使所述所述伸缩夹具( 50 ) 被定位。
