Abstract
Description
各温度及び周波数に対する貯蔵弾性率(G′)を得るため、動的粘弾性測定装置(ARES:Advanced Rheometric Expansion System)を用いた。この装置はOrchestratorソフトウェアバージョン6.5.8で制御した。約2mmの隙間で分離された直径8mmの平行なプレートを用いた。測定ポイント数は各オーダーにおいて10ポイント測定し、各ポイントで3秒間放置、測定温度は37℃とした。周波数は10rad/sで一定に保ち、試験の歪は0.1~30%で測定した。以上の測定条件を設定した後、歪依存的測定を開始した。この歪のデータからソフトウェアにより貯蔵弾性率(G′)を計算した。結果を表3及び図3に示す。
実施例1~3、比較例1、2について、以下の手法により官能性の評価を行った。6人の被験者(健常人・男性)の腕のひじ部又は足のひざ部の左右に6時間貼付し、刺激の持続性及び剥離後の膏体残りについて評価した。刺激の持続性については、刺激の強さを「適当」又は「弱い」により評価し、膏体残りについては、膏体の有無により評価した。結果を表4及び5に示す。
実施例1の貼付剤の透湿度は、カップ法(JIS Z0208)に従い、温度40℃、相対湿度90%で測定した。
実施例1の貼付剤280cm2(サリチル酸メチル:336mg;l-メントール:100mg)となるように7人の被験者(健常人・男性)に8時間貼付し、経時的に採血を実施した。採血は貼付開始時から、0、0.5、1、2、3、4、6、8、10、12、18、及び24時間後にそれぞれ行われ、1回の採血量は7mLであった。
Claims (6)
- 伸縮性を有する支持体と、該支持体の少なくとも片面に積層された粘着剤層とを備える貼付剤であって、
前記伸縮性を有する支持体は、捲縮加工が施されたポリエチレンテレフタレートのマルチフィラメント糸を2段以上有する両面メリヤス編みの織布からなり、
前記粘着剤層は、該層の全質量基準で、25~50質量%の液状有機成分及び25~50質量%の熱可塑性エラストマーを含有し、前記液状有機成分として、サリチル酸メチルを前記基準で10質量%以上含有しており、
前記粘着剤層の貯蔵弾性率(G′)が10rad/s、37℃において30000~75000Paである、貼付剤。 - 前記熱可塑性エラストマーは、スチレン-イソプレン-スチレンブロック共重合体、スチレン-ブタジエン-スチレンブロック共重合体、スチレン-イソプレンゴム、スチレン-ブタジエンゴム、ポリイソプレン、ポリブタジエン、ポリイソブチレン及びシリコーンゴムからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種である、請求項1記載の貼付剤。
- 前記粘着剤層は、粘着付与剤として、ロジン系樹脂及び/又は石油系樹脂を含有する、請求項1又は2記載の貼付剤。
- 前記粘着付与剤の含有量は、前記粘着剤層の全質量基準で10~30質量%である、請求項3記載の貼付剤。
- 前記織布の目付けは、80~150g/m2であり、且つ、縦方向(長軸方向)モジュラスは、2~12N/5cmであり、横方向(短軸方向)モジュラスは、2~8N/5cmである、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の貼付剤。
- 前記貼付剤全体として、温度40℃、相対湿度90%で測定した透湿度は、1~350g/m2・24hrである、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の貼付剤。
