- the pop-up book for playing according to the present invention is characterized by having a fixing means for keeping the first stage 300 firmly fixed, when being vertically open.
- the fixing means includes the stage front-plate 330 that is provided at the front of the first stage 300 to support the first stage plate 310, the stage side-plates 320 that are provided at the sides of the first stage 300 and pivot with the lower ends fixed to the back cover 200, and stage support parts 350 of which sides are connected to the upper inner surface of the stage side-plate 320, the upper surfaces are fixed in contact to the lower surface of the first stage plate 310, which is the upper surface of the first stage 300, and the other sides extend to be fixed to a first stage bottom 355.
- a magnet 352 is disposed on the upper surface of the stage support part 350 and a steel plate 312 is attached to the lower surface of the first stage plate 310 such that the steel plate 312 is fixedly attached to the magnets 352 to be more firmly fixed, when the stage side-plates 320 pivot upward and the stage support parts 350 are inserted under the first stage plate 310.
- the steel plate 312 attached to the lower surface of the first stage plate 310 also allows the first stage plate 310 to maintain a firm shape.
- stage side-plates 320 lie on the upper surface of the back cover 200, when the pop-up book is open (see FIG. 9), such that a user holds and pivots the outer ends of the stage side-plates 320 and fixes them to the first stage plate 310.
- an elastic member 355 is provided under the stage support part 350, and the stage support part 350 is spaced upward at a predetermined distance from the back cover 200 when the pop-up book is open.
- One end of the elastic member 335 is fixed to the lower inner surface of the stage front-plate 330 at a predetermined distance upward from the back cover 200 and the other end is a free end under the stage support part 350 to lift the stage support part 350 upward to a predetermined distance from the back cover 200 while the user opens the front cover 100.

- the present invention provides a configuration for improving the durability by minimizing interference while opening and closing the pop-up book, and for minimizing the thickness of the pop-up book completely closed.
- a fixed portion 159 that is fixed to the back cover 200 is formed only at the portion contacting with the first stage plate 310 of the lower end of the scenery front-plate 140, and non- fixed portions 160 that are not fixed to the back cover 200 are formed at both outer sides from the fixed portion 159 of the lower end of the scenery front-plate 140.
- cutting lines 158 formed by cutting the stage- sided attachment surface 156 upward from the back cover 200 in a predetermined length and cut portions 157 formed by cutting off the back cover attachment surface 154 rearward from the non- fixed portions 160 in a predetermined width are provided at the joints of the fixed portion 159 and the non-fixed portions 160.
- the cutting lines 158 and cut portions 157 also prevent the non-fixed portions 160 from being damaged when the pop-up book is repeatedly opened and closed.
- an inter-stage attachment surface 311 connecting the first stage 300 with the scenery front-plate 140 is formed to have a small height such that the thickness is minimized when the pop-up book is closed, and the rear ends 320a of the stage side-plates 320 are formed to further protrude backward more than the rear end 355a of the first stage bottom 355 such that a predetermined gap is defined between the first stage bottom 355 and the scenery front-plate 140 (see FIGS. 4, 5, and 9).

- a holder 125 which allows a plurality of changeable scenery plates 132 to be attached to a fixed scenery plate 130 when the pop-up book is open, is attached to the lower surface of the top cover 120.
- the holder 125 is composed of a plate-shaped attachment surface 126 that is attached to the lower surface of the top cover 120 and an elastic pivot member 128 of which the lower ends 128a are connected to the attachment surface 126 and that pivots while being separated due to the cutting line 127 formed on the attachment surface 126.
- pivot member 128 Although the pivot member 128 is pressed and bent, the lower ends 128a of the pivot member 128 are repeatedly curved and straightened without bending, by the elasticity of the pivot member 128. Therefore, the pivot member 128 can be continuously used without breaking, even though the pop-up book is repeatedly opened and closed.
- a plurality of scenery changeable plates 132 can be provided between the holder 125 and the fixed scenery plate 130, the user can change the scenery in various shapes while narrating orally a fairy tale by removing the changeable scenery plates 132 one by one to change the scenery.

- the shield surface 110 is formed 1 to 2cm longer than the top cover 120 such that the end of the top cover 120 is not held together with the shield surface 110, when the user holds and lifts the end of the shield surface 110 to open the pop-up book. It is possible to prevent that the objects in the pop-up book are damaged by lifting the top cover 120 together with the shield surface 110.
- the back cover 200 it is preferable to form the back cover 200 longer than the front cover 100 when the pop-up book is closed to allow the user to easily hold and lift the end of the shield surface 110 of the front cover 100.
- the front cover 100 and the back cover 200 are connected with each other, the front cover 100 and the back cover 200 can be fixed by fixing the first stage by pivoting upward the stage side- plates 320. As a result, it is possible to form a firm space for stage play.
- a window 145 is formed through the scenery front-plate 140, such that the protruding first stage 300 is accommodated in the recessed space inside the window 145 when the pop-up book is fully closed. Accordingly, the thickness of the pop-up book closed is minimized, such that it is possible to minimize the thickness even if the pop-up book has a plurality of pages.
- a pop-up book for playing according to the present invention allows various types of three-dimensional play, such as orally narrated fairy tales and dramas while changing the scenery, by providing a three-dimensional stage when it is open and fixed at an angle of 90°.
