(2)上記(1)のクリップの取付構造で形成される前記リブは、前記壁体の内側に形成され、前記弾性係止片が係止孔に挿入されて前記リブに係止した状態で、前記壁体の外側に前記クリップの圧接片が当接した状態となる厚みに形成された第1のリブであることが好ましい。
(3)上記(2)のクリップの取付構造で形成される前記リブは、前記第1のリブの外側に前記第1のリブと同心状にかつ前記第1のリブの厚みよりも厚く形成された第2のリブであることが好ましい。

本発明に係るクリップの取付構造は、図1および図2に示すように、組付部材である電装機器の壁体10に設けられた係止孔11と、この係止孔11に貫通される係止頭を有する合成樹脂製のクリップ1とからなる。
壁体10は、図3および図4に示すように、係止孔11の周辺に係止孔11と同心状に壁体10と一体的に設けられた第1のリブ12と、この係止孔11に貫通される係止頭7を囲むように第1のリブ12の外側に第1のリブ12と同心状に壁体10と一体的に設けられた第2のリブ13とを備えている。
クリップ1は、ワイヤハーネス等の物品を保持できる構造の基部2、あるいは他の機体に取り付けるための構造の基部2、この基部2に立設されたクリップ柱3、このクリップ柱3から垂設された一対の弾性係止片4,4からなる係止頭7を備えている。
また、クリップ1は、基部2に傾斜して伸設された弾性的に可撓する一対の圧接片6を備えている。なお、クリップ1が組み付けられる組付部材としては、プロテクタ、ヒューズボックス、リレーボックス、ジョイントボックス等の電装機器や車両内装の壁体が挙げられる。
また、第2のリブ13は、前記第1のリブ12の外側に前記第1のリブ12と同心状にかつ前記第1のリブ12の厚みよりも厚く形成され、その高さは、前記壁体10からの高さが前記壁体10から前記クリップ1の係止頭7までの高さ以上となるように構成されている。
上記構成からなるクリップ1を上記構成からなる組付部材の壁体10に取り付けるには、先ず壁体10の係止孔11にクリップ1の係止頭7を挿入する。すると、弾性係止片4は係止孔11の内周縁により閉じる方向に押されて変形し、更に係止頭7を深く挿入すると、弾性係止片4の段差係止部5が係止孔11の上端部の口縁部、すなわち、係止孔11の周辺に形成された第1のリブ12の上端部の口縁部に至り、弾性係止片4が開く方向に弾性復帰して段差係止部5が第1のリブ12の上端部の口縁部に係止される。クリップ1が組付部材の壁体10に取り付けられた状態において、壁体10の係止孔11から突出したクリップ1の係止頭7は、壁体10に形成された第2のリブ13に囲まれている。

なお、接触片6の機能、すなわち、クリップ1がガタつくのを防止する機能を活かす場合は、係止頭7の側に所定量の突出が必要であることは明らかである。
また、第1のリブ12を壁体10のいずれの側に形成するかは自由であり、クリップの係止頭7の納まる側である内側の方がよいが、強度上の観点では反対側に設けてももちろんよい。
さらに、双方の側に設けるといっそうよい(これは実施例2で説明する。)。
また、第2のリブ13の高さH3は、クリップの係止頭7の高さH2以上とすることが望ましいが、想定される物品の大きさや力の大きさによっては、クリップの係止頭7の高さH2より低いものを選択することも可能である。
実施例2が実施例1と異なるのは、組付部材である電装機器の壁体10の外側が実施例1においては全面に亘って平坦であったが、実施例2では、壁体10の外側を全面平坦とするのではなくて、第1のリブ12および第2のリブ13の設けられた側のみ、その反対面にも隆起部14を形成して全体でT’の肉厚を形成するようにしている。
このようにして、壁体10に係止孔11を設けたことによる壁体10の機械的な強さが低下するのを実施例1による第1のリブ12と第3のリブ14とで補強すると共に、さらに壁体10の反対面に実施例2によるT’-Tから成る隆起部14によっても補強するようにしている。
したがって、実施例2によっても、組付部材の壁体に係止孔11の設けられた部位のみ壁体の肉厚を増すという簡単な構成で、係止孔の周辺の変形をなくし、安定した状態でクリップを取り付けることができようになる。また、組付部材の壁体に付加する構成の寸法を調整するだけで、クリップのガタ詰めができ、使用するクリップの選択範囲を拡大することができるようになる。

- 壁体に設けられた係止孔にその一部を前記壁体の外側から内側へ挿入して係止することにより取り付けられるクリップの取付構造であって、前記係止孔に弾性的に変形されながら挿入されて該係止孔に係止される弾性係止片を備えるクリップの取付構造において、前記壁体は、前記係止孔の周辺にリブが該壁体と一体的に形成されているクリップの取付構造。
- 前記リブは前記壁体の内側に形成され、前記弾性係止片が係止孔に挿入されて前記リブに係止した状態で、前記壁体の外側に前記クリップの圧接片が当接した状態となる厚みに形成された第1のリブである請求項1に記載のクリップの取付構造。
- 前記リブは、前記第1のリブの外側に前記第1のリブと同心状にかつ前記第1のリブの厚みよりも厚く形成された第2のリブである請求項2に記載のクリップの取付構造。
