Abstract
Description
例えば、上記ベビーキャリアには、下記特許文献1において開示された「幼児を抱く帯」が存在する。
上記「幼児を抱く帯」は、外布と内布を2重にして、輪を作り、両者を一ヶ所で縫着し、該輪を肩に掛け、又、その長さ方向の一部分で幼児を横抱きして用いるものである。
さらに、上記シート状部材は、編み物、織物のいずれによっても形成することができる。
さらに、弾性線状体が出入許容縁部の一部分に偏ることを阻止することにより、出入許容縁部が弛緩することを防止でき、邪魔にならず、見栄えも良好に保つことができるといった効果も得ることができる。
縫着により固定すれば、上記弾性線状体を上記出入許容縁部に対して強固に固定することができるとともに、固定部分が嵩張らない形態で形成することができる。

図1は、ベビーキャリア11を用いて保護者が、いわゆる「ゆりかご抱き」と称する抱き方によって乳児を抱いている様子を示す。
ベビーキャリア11は、図5に示すように、二層形態をした状態において環状(筒状)のシート状部材16の内側に貫通孔Bを備え、該貫通孔Bの貫通方向の両側部分に開口部Aを備えている。
なお、肩係合縫着ライン21は、適宜、ステッチを形成したり、パイピング加工を施すことにより、荷重を受け易い肩係合部13の強度を補強している。
なお、図6から図8は、いずれも展開状態のベビーキャリア11を示し、図6は、ベビーキャリア11の正面図、或いは、背面図であり、図7(a),(b)は、それぞれベビーキャリア11の平面図、底面図である。図8は、ベビーキャリア11の右側面図、或いは、左側面図である。
その際、ベビーキャリア11は、上記一方の側の部分が上記他方の側の部分に対して内側、外側のいずれの側で重合するように折り返した場合においても、同じ二層形態となるため、上記他方の側の部分を、上記一方の側の部分に対して内側、外側のいずれの側で折り返してもよい。
また、ゴム紐15は、上記シート状部材16の生地よりも伸縮性(弾性)に優れた弾性体により形成するとともに、その自然長が上記出入許容縁部14の全長よりも短い長さで形成している。
ゴム紐15の長さ方向の両端部分は、重合縫着固定部27により固定するとともに、ゴム紐15の長さ方向の中途部分は、縫着固定部28により固定している。
(工程1)図9(a)に示すように、編地により形成した1枚のシート状部材16を、矩形(長方形状)に形成する。なお、シート状部材16は、例えば、裁断、或いは、縫製といった手段により矩形に形成することができる。さらに、縫製により形成する場合は、リブ編み(ゴム編み)、両面編み(インターロック編み)、平編み、丸編などの緯編み、経編、或いは、これらを組み合わせた編み方で形成することができる。
さらに、矩形をしたシート状部材16は、その幅方向の両端側部分に、ゴム紐15を収容可能な中空部17を備えている。
具体的には、図9(a-1),(a-2)に示すように、中空部17は、シート状部材16を、その幅方向の両端側部分の所定幅分だけ一方の面側の編地16Aと他方の面側の編地16Bと接合せずに分離可能に中空状に編み込むことにより形成している。
なお、図9(a-1),(a-2)は、それぞれ図9(a)におけるA-A線拡大端面図、B-B線拡大端面図を示す。
このとき、上記シート状部材16の長手方向の両端部どうしの縫着部分には、上記肩係合縫着ライン21を形成することができる。
具体的には、図10(c)に示すように、上記シート状部材16を、幅方向の中間部(図上下方向)の下半分を上半分の内側、或いは、外側へ折り返して外面布16oと内面布16iとの二層形態とする。
なお、図10(c-1)は、図10(c)におけるC-C線拡大端面図を示す。
具体的には、折返し部分18(下端周縁部)の周方向の一部分を、カットラインCが例えば、下端周縁部に対して30°程度の傾斜の円弧状になるよう裁断する。
なお、図10(f-1)は、図10(f)におけるD-D拡大端面図、すなわち、シート状部材16の上端周縁部における収容口26の形成部分におけるシート状部材16の切断端面図を示す。
なお、シート状部材16の周方向における上記折返縫着ライン22を有しない側の部分が上記包被部12に相当する。
なお、図11(h-1)は、図11(h)におけるE-E拡大端面図を示す。図11(h-2),(h-3)は、いずれも図11(h)における、弧状の筒状収容部25を平面状に展開した模式図を示す。さらに、図11(h-2)は、シート状部材16の筒状収容部25の有する部分の厚み方向の断面を示した説明図である。図11(h-3)は、筒状収容部25の内部にゴム紐15が収容されている様子を筒状収容部25を一部破断して示した説明図である。
(工程10)図12(k-1),(k-2)に示すように、ゴム紐15の長さ方向の中途部分に、ゴム紐15を、筒状収容部25、及び、出入許容縁部14に縫着固定する縫着固定部28を形成する。上記縫着固定部28は、ゴム紐15の長さ方向の長さ(L)を3等分配(L/3)する2つの中途部分に形成している。
以下では、図14に示した「前向き抱き」の場合を例に採り、被包部12の内部に対して乳児を出し入れする手順について図15を用いて説明する。
まず、乳児を被包部12の内部へ入れる場合、保護者は、ベビーキャリア11を襷掛けした状態で、一方の手で外側出入許容縁部14o付近のみを把持する。その状態で外側出入許容縁部14o付近を、該外側出入許容縁部14oに備えたゴム紐15の付勢力に抗して外側へ引張ることにより、内側出入許容縁部14iと離間させる。これにより、外側出入許容縁部14oと内側出入許容縁部14iとの間の出入許容部14Aを開口することができる。
さらに、保護者は、外側出入許容縁部14oの外側への引張り力を徐々に緩めながら該外側出入許容縁部14oから手を放す。これにより、ゴム紐15の付勢力によって出入許容縁部14は収縮し、図16に示すように、乳児を被包部12により包み込むことができるとともに、出入許容縁部14により保持することができる。
なお、「対面縦抱き」の場合、被包部12へ乳児を出し入れする出入許容部14Aは、保護者の前身頃と出入許容縁部14との間で構成される開口部分に相当する。
上述したように、ベビーキャリア11を用いれば、保護者は、様々な抱き方によって、乳幼児を抱きかかえることができ、上述したいずれの抱き方で乳児を抱きかかえた場合でも、ベビーキャリア11は、乳児、保護者の双方の快適性、並びに、乳児の安全性を確保することができる。
加えて、ゴム紐15を筒状収容部25に収容することにより、乳幼児の出し入れの際にゴム紐15が邪魔にならず、出入許容縁部14の見栄えも良好に保つことができる。
すなわち、ベビーキャリア11は、保護者が襷掛けした状態で片手でも容易に、且つ、安全に、出入許容縁部14、すなわち、ゴム紐15を伸張させることで出入許容部14Aの大きさを調節しながら行うことができる。
このため、上記出入許容縁部14を含む上記シート状部材16全体を低伸縮性素材である1枚の生地で形成することも可能となり、結果的にベビーキャリア11を容易に製造することができる。
さらに、ゴム紐15の中途部分を、出入許容縁部14の長さ方向についての位置決め固定することができるため、ゴム紐15が筒状収容部25や出入許容縁部14の長さ方向における一部分に引っ掛かるなどして、偏ることを防止することができる。
その他にも、ベビーキャリア11は、様々な作用、効果を奏することができる。
例えば、ベビーキャリア11は、全体を上記シート状部材16により保護者が襷掛け可能に環状に形成している。このため、例えば、一方向に長い帯状に形成した従来のベビーキャリアのように、環状に連結して襷掛けするための連結部材などといった別部材を必要としない。よって、ベビーキャリア11は、連結部材を連結する手間を要さずに容易に襷掛けすることができる。
さらに、ベビーキャリア11は、シート状部材16、及び、ゴム紐15といった部材により形成し、全体が柔軟であるため、不使用時に折畳みが可能であり、折り畳んでも嵩張らず、コンパクトに収納することができる。さらにまた、ベビーキャリア11は、丸洗いすることもできる。
例えば、外面布16o、内面布16iの少なくともいずれか一方の側の面布を、例えば、メッシュ地などのさらに通気性を有する素材で形成する、起毛状の生地を用いて形成する、或いは、織物によって形成してもよい。
乳児は、乳幼児に対応し、
ゴム紐15は、弾性線状体に対応し、
出入許容縁部14の全長は、配置部分に対応し、
縫着固定部28は、出入許容縁部14に固定した上記弾性線状体の中途部分に対応する。
Claims (8)
- 全体をシート状部材で環状に形成し、
該シート状部材の幅方向の中間部において折り返して二層構造に形成して乳幼児を包み込み可能な被包部を備えるとともに、
装着する人の肩部に係合可能な肩係合部を備えたベビーキャリアであって、
上記被包部の上部に、上記被包部に対して乳幼児を出し入れ可能に開口する出入許容部を備え、
上記出入許容部の縁部に有する出入許容縁部を収縮方向に付勢して上記被包部内の乳幼児を保持する収縮付勢部を、上記出入許容縁部に形成した
ベビーキャリア。 - 上記収縮付勢部は、上記出入許容縁部の生地より高い伸縮性を有した収縮付勢手段を、上記出入許容縁部に備えることによって形成した
請求項1に記載のベビーキャリア。 - 上記収縮付勢手段を、上記出入許容縁部に沿って配置する弾性線状体で形成した
請求項2に記載のベビーキャリア。 - 上記弾性線状体の自然長を、上記出入許容縁部に配置する配置部分の長さより短い長さで形成し、

請求項3に記載のベビーキャリア。 - 上記出入許容縁部に、上記弾性線状体を収容する筒状収容部を形成した
請求項4に記載のベビーキャリア。 - 上記筒状収容部に、上記弾性線状体を収容する収容口を備え、
上記収容口に、該収容口を封止するとともに、上記弾性線状体を上記筒状収容部に固定する封止固定部を形成した
請求項5に記載のベビーキャリア。 - 上記封止固定部を、上記出入許容縁部の両端部に形成し、
上記封止固定部は、上記筒状収容部を内部に収容した上記弾性線状体ごと重合して縫着固定した重合縫着部により形成した
