Abstract

 転動寿命の向上を図ることができ、しかもコストの低減を達成できる複列アンギュラ軸受の提供にある。自動車の組立工場等での組立工数の削減が可能で、生産性に優れるとともに、コスト低減を図ることが可能な車輪用軸受装置の提供にある。軸受の外輪や内輪の大幅な軽量化を図ることができる製造方法の提供にある。  複列アンギュラ軸受は、外径面に転走面を有する内輪と、内径面に転走面を有する外輪と、外輪の外側転走面と内輪の内側転走面との間に転動自在に収容された転動体とを備える。外輪又は内輪を冷間ローリングにて成形した塑性加工品としたものである。
