L'invention réalise une unité constituée d'emballages codés de marchandises commerciales et industrielles, des récipients de mise au rebut codés, des véhicules de mise au rebut munis de codes/systèmes de code et une base de données électroniques, dont les composants emballages codés de marchandises commerciales et industrielles, récipients de mise au rebut codés, véhicules de mise au rebut codés et base de données électroniques peuvent être reliés entre eux par voie optoélectronique, par électronique de détection et par électronique de radiocommunication ainsi que par des détecteurs à transfert de données à base de télécommunication / d'Internet / de satellite.
