Abstract

 比較的少ない加工工数の下で、ガイド軸等の摩耗のおそれなしに、ピストンを常に円滑に、かつ正常に変位させることができる、簡単な構造の防振装置を提供するものであり、振動の発生側もしくは伝達側に択一的に連結される、コア状取付部材1およびスリーブ状取付部材2と、コア状取付部材1の周りに、スリーブ状取付部材2の一端部を液密に連結するゴム弾性体3と、スリーブ状取付部材2の他端を液密に封止して、その取付部材2の内側に密閉空間を画成するダイアフラム5と、密閉空間の中間部に配設されて、液体を充填したその密閉空間を、主液室6と副液室7とに区画する流路構成部材8とを具え、この流路構成部材8を、スリーブ状取付部材2の内周面に固定されて主液室6と副液室7との連通をもたらす制限通路11,12を形成する流路部分9を外周面に有するシリンダ10と、シリンダ10に形成されて流路部分9と副液室7との連通をもたらすバイパス路13と、シリンダ内をストロークされて、バイパス路13の開閉を司るピストン14と、このピストン14を、バイパス路13を開放する向きに付勢するばね手段15と、シリンダ10に、それの主液室側に取付けられて、主液室内の液体の、ピストン側への流入を許容する逆止弁機構16とで構成したところにおいて、シリンダ10に、ピストン14の外周面と接触するストローク案内面10aを設けるとともに、ピストン14の直径Dの、ピストン高さHに対する比を1.0以下としてなる。
