Abstract

　作動油の粘性が高いときや、圧力室の圧力が短い周期で増減を繰り返したときにも、安定したダンパー作用を発揮するオートテンショナを提供する。 　シリンダ１０の底９のスリーブ嵌合凹部１２にスリーブ１１の下部外周を嵌め合わせ、スリーブ１１内にロッド１３を摺動可能に挿入してシリンダ１０内を圧力室１４とリザーバ室１５に区画し、圧力室１４の容積を拡大する方向にロッド１３を付勢するリターンスプリング１７を設け、スリーブ嵌合凹部１２とスリーブ１１の嵌合面間に油通路２４を形成し、その油通路２４の圧力室１４側の端部をスリーブ１１の下部内周に沿って円環状に開口させ、その開口を閉鎖するシールリング２５をスリーブ１１の下部内周に摺動可能に設け、そのシールリング２５で、油通路２４のリザーバ室１５側から圧力室１４側への作動油の流れのみを許容するようにした構成をオートテンショナに採用する。
