Abstract

Un ensamble de hidromontaje incluye una primera cámara de fluido y una segunda cámara de fluido que se comunican entre ellas a través un carril de inercia. El carril de inercia está interpuesto entre la primera y la segunda cámaras de fluido, y se usa como un émbolo de actuación de fluido para moverse con relación a por lo menos una de la primera y la segunda cámaras en respuesta a la vibración para bombear fluido desde la primera cámara a la segunda cámara, y viceversa, a través del carril de inercia. Una abertura se extiende a través de la primera y la segunda cámaras de fluido y el carril de inercia y recibe una flecha en la misma. El carril de inercia está asegurado a la flecha de manera que el movimiento axial de la flecha resulta en movimiento axial del carril de inercia. Porciones elastoméricas del hidromontaje pueden sintonizarse de manera diferente una de otra. El hidromontaje de montaje central puede ensamblarse selectivamente con un montaje de cuerpo, o el montaje de cuerpo integrado en el hidromontaje por lo que el montaje central incrementa la funcionalidad del amortiguador.
