Abstract

 本発明の目的は、植物性繊維と熱可塑性樹脂とを含有した前駆成形体を利用して、熱可塑性樹脂が有する機械的特性を維持しつつ射出成形できる熱可塑性組成物成形体の製造方法を提供である。本熱可塑性組成物成形体の製造方法は、植物性繊維と熱可塑性樹脂とを含むマット成形体及びボード成形体のうちの少なくとも一方の前駆成形体40を細分化してチップ41にするチップ化工程と、チップ41を加熱せず押し固めてペレット42を得る非加熱ペレット化工程と、ペレット42を射出成形して熱可塑性組成物成形体を得る射出成形工程と、を備える。
