核粒子として要求される特性を備えつつ、化学的に安定で薬剤（医薬有効成分）との反応性が抑制ないしは防止された製剤用核粒子を提供する。医薬有効成分を含む皮膜を表面に形成するための核粒子であって、（１）前記核粒子は、薬学的に許容される無機材料を含み、（２）前記無機材料が、水に対して難溶性であり、（３）前記無機材料の液性ｐＨが５～８である、ことを特徴とする製剤用核粒子に係る。
