Abstract

本発明に係るスピーカは、第二のエッジ（１７）の磁気回路体（１０）側の面とサスペンションホルダ（１８）とボイスコイル体（１２）外周面と磁気回路体（１０）とフレーム（９）とで囲まれた第一の空間（２０）をスピーカ外部の大気に対し気密状態とし、第一の空間（２０）をエアサスペンションとして機能させ、ボイスコイル体（１２）を第一のエッジ（１６）と第二のエッジ（１７）に加え、第一の空間（２０）内の気体のバネ性を利用して支持する構成としたので、第一のエッジ（１６）と第二のエッジ（１７）のヤング率を同等かつ低く設定することができる。この結果、音声再生時において第一のエッジ（１６）に接続された振動板（１５）の変形を低減させることができ、中高音域の周波数特性の乱れを低減させることができる。
