Abstract

【課題】磁性粒子のサイズを小さくし、薄型化を達成して、低損失であって、透磁率を低減させることのない、または透磁率を向上させることができる磁性粉の製造方法、磁性シートの製造方法及びアンテナモジュールの製造方法を提供すること。 【解決手段】酸化物系磁性材のうち少なくとも2つが混合され(ステップ102)、仮焼きされ(ステップ103)、微粉砕される(ステップ104)。微粉砕された磁性材を、典型的には有機溶剤中に分散させてペースト状にし、脱泡処理の後、フィルム上にその磁性材が塗布される(ステップ105)。これにより、シート状の磁性材51が形成される。シート状の磁性材51は、粒子状に分割するように所定の大きさにカットされることで、磁性粒子52が形成される(ステップ106)。
