Abstract

 水流(11)で回転する水中回転体(32)と、この水中回転体(32)の前端(52)を水中の所定位置に保持する駆動側液圧ポンプ(34)と、この駆動側液圧ポンプ(34)で保持した水中回転体(32)の回転動力を水面(9)の上方まで伝達する動力伝達部(40)と、この動力伝達部(40)で伝達した動力で駆動する水面の上方に配置した発電機(39)とを備え、前記水中回転体(32)は、前端から後端に向けて流線形状とした胴部(51)と、この胴部(51)の前端と前記駆動側液圧ポンプ(34)との間で水中回転体軸方向(43)と交差する方向に揺動可能な支持部(33)と、この胴部(51)の周囲から放射状に突出する複数枚の翼(54)とを有するようにして、長期間安定した発電ができる水流発電装置を提供すること。
