Abstract
Description
低圧及び高圧の供給パイプは、発電機に接続されている水モータ又はペルトンタービンを設置するのに都合のよい場所に潮流タービンの支持構体を介して導かれる。水モータ又はペルトンタービンは、一般に、特別の形状のランナに衝突するひとつ又はそれ以上の水ジェットにより駆動される。このような装置は、従来技術であって、よく知られている。
Claims (12)
- 水流により駆動される少なくともひとつのタービンロータと一緒に用いられる液体式動力伝達装置において、単一又は複数の低速高圧ポンプ(24,24A)が配置されて、タービンロータ(6,20)からの作動駆動力を受け、高圧出力を高速液圧モータ又はタービン(35)に伝達して、前記タービンロータの軸速度と比較して軸速度又はモータ速度の増加を生じせしめ、発電機又は他の機械(38)を駆動せしめるのに要求されるトルクの対応する減少を伴なうようにしたことを特徴とする液体式動力伝達装置。
- 請求項1記載の液体式動力伝達装置において、実質的に閉じている液圧流体回路(27,31,33,34)が前記低速高圧ポンプ(24,24A)と関連する液圧流体のために設けられていることを特徴とする液体式動力伝達装置。
- 請求項1又は2記載の液体式動力伝達装置において、前記低速高圧ポンプ(24,24A)のための液圧流体は前記高速液圧モータ又はタービン(35)から単一又は複数の低圧流体戻しライン(34)を通して再循環されて前記低速高圧液圧ポンプ(24,24A)に供給されることを特徴とする液体式動力伝達装置。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の液体式動力伝達装置において、前記液圧流体は水であることを特徴とする液体式動力伝達装置。
- 請求項4記載の液体式動力伝達装置において、必要とされる水は、もともと、前記タービンロータ(6,20)が作動するように設置されている水中から汲み上げられていることを特徴とする液体式動力伝達装置。
- 請求項5記載の液体式動力伝達装置において、前記タービンロータ(6,20)が作動するように設置されている水中から交換水を汲み上げることにより、水の損失を補給することができるようにしたことを特徴とする液体式動力伝達装置。
- 請求項6記載の液体式動力伝達装置において、補給水はヘッダタンク(41)内に貯蔵される前にろ過されて、浮遊固体又は他の好ましくない汚染物を取り除かれ、前記ヘッダタンク(41)は漏れを通して失った水を補給するために補給水を動力伝達装置に供給することができる位置に配置されていることを特徴とする液体式動力伝達装置。
- 請求項4〜7のいずれか一項に記載の液体式動力伝達装置において、液圧流体が前記タービンロータの作動環境から汲み上げられる水であるので、比較的大量の流体漏れを許容することができ、これにより、シールのための許容隙間及び相対的動きを他の方法による場合によりも大きくして用いることができるようにし、前記ポンプの作動を液圧流体の100%維持ではなくて機械的効率のために最適にすることができるようにしたことを特徴とする液体式動力伝達装置。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の液体式動力伝達装置において、前記タービンロータ(6,20)の各々は複数の独立したポンプ(24,24A)と関連させられていると共に、これらのポンプは関連するタービンロータ(20)から駆動されるように配設され、また、前記ポンプへの液圧流体入口(29)が低圧流体プレナム(28)からの流体を受けるように接続され、更に、前記ポンプのすべての出力側が共通の高圧プレナム(31)と関連させられ、前記高圧プレナム(31)は、発電機又は他の機械(38)を駆動せしめるように連結した液圧モータ又はタービン(35)に、高圧流体回路(33)を介して接続されていることを特徴とする液体式動力伝達装置。
- 請求項9記載の液体式動力伝達装置において、サージ又は圧力バランス装置(32)が前記高圧流体回路に設けられていることを特徴とする液体式動力伝達装置。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の液体式動力伝達装置を包含している海洋タービン装置。
- タービンの有効回転速度を増大せしめる液体式動力伝達装置を包含している水駆動式タービン装置。
