Abstract

 ワークを固定するキャリアパレット40と、搬送用コンベア20と、ワークの加熱を行う加熱炉13と、キャリアパレット40の位置決めを行う位置決め機構とを備え、キャリアパレット40を所定の位置に停止させる搬送部位置決め方法において、加熱炉13は、ワークを加熱するハロゲンヒータ30を複数備え、キャリアパレット40に突起41及び切欠溝42を備え、キャリアストッパ35にクシ歯状に複数本形成された突起41と係合するストッパ突起35aを有し、キャリアストッパ35を前進させることで、ストッパ突起35aと突起41を係合させ、複数枚のキャリアパレット40をハロゲンヒータ30と対応する位置に一度に位置決めし、ワークを加熱する。
