Abstract

 特定の等温増幅方法に適したDNAポリメラーゼならびにそれを用いた等温増幅方法を提供する。下記(a)または(b)のタンパク質からなるDNAポリメラーゼの存在下、等温で、下記(X)に示す第一のプライマーを用いて核酸試料中の標的核酸配列の増幅反応を行う。前記DNAポリメラーゼの使用により、前記プライマーを用いる増幅反応を、従来よりも短時間で行うことが可能となる。 (a)配列番号23で表されるアミノ酸配列からなるタンパク質、(b)配列番号25で表されるアミノ酸配列からなるタンパク質 (X)標的核酸配列の3’末端部分の配列(A)にハイブリダイズする配列(Ac’)を3’末端部分に含み且つ前記標的核酸配列において前記配列(A)よりも5’側に存在する配列(B)の相補配列(Bc)にハイブリダイズする配列(B’)を前記配列(Ac’)の5’側に含むプライマー
