Abstract

 加熱室内に収納される形状、種類、大きさ、量の異なる様々な被加熱物に対して、マイクロ波供給手段から放射されたマイクロ波の反射電力を小さくして、様々な被加熱物に対し効率の高い加熱を行うことができるマイクロ波加熱装置を提供するために、マイクロ波発生部が、発振部(2a,2b)、電力分配部(3a,3b)、電力増幅部(5a~5d)、被加熱物を収納する加熱室(10)、加熱室の壁面に配置されマイクロ波を加熱室内に供給する複数の給電部(8a~8d,9a~9b)、を備えており、制御的に対となる給電部より出力されるマイクロ波の位相差および発振周波数を可変制御するよう構成されている。
