Abstract

 アレイ間の感度ばらつきを少なくすることのできる超音波探触子が開示され、この超音波探触子は、圧電振動子1と、圧電振動子1の一方の面側に形成された第1電極層2と、第1電極層2に接着層4を介して積層された1又は2以上の導電性の音響整合層5と、音響整合層5上に、接着層6を介して積層され、接着層6側に電極パターンが形成された第1のフィルム7と、圧電振動子1の他方の面側に形成された第2電極層3と、第2電極層3に接着層14を介して積層され、接着層14側に電極パターンが形成された第2のフィルム15を備え、接着層4,6、14は、その中に黒鉛粉末を均一分散させた熱硬化型2液性接着剤である。
