Abstract

疲労特性および耐食性を共に向上させ得る金属部材の製造方法、これにより製造された金属部材を有する構造部材および金属部材の補修方法を提供することを目的とする。アルミニウム合金を含む金属材料の表面に、平均粒径が200μm以下である粒子を圧縮空気・圧縮性ガスにより投射する投射工程と、該投射工程後、前記表面に化成処理による皮膜を形成する化成処理工程と、を有する金属部材の製造方法を提供する。
