Abstract
乾燥処理の対象となる汚泥を貯蔵する汚泥貯蔵タンク1と、汚泥貯蔵タンク1からの汚泥を受け入れるハウジング11及び蒸気を流通する蒸気流路13aを内部に有しハウジング11内で回転駆動する撹拌装置13を有し、蒸気流路13aを流通する蒸気の凝縮潜熱によりハウジング11内に導入された汚泥を加熱する汚泥乾燥機2と、汚泥乾燥機2内で汚泥から発生した蒸気を圧縮して昇温昇圧し撹拌装置13の蒸気流路13aに供給する圧縮機21と、汚泥乾燥機2から圧縮機21への蒸気の流路に設けられた本体容器58及び汚泥乾燥機2から本体容器58内に導入される蒸気に水分を噴霧する噴霧管53を有し、圧縮機21に吸気される蒸気中の塵埃を除去するウェットスクラバー10とを備える。これにより、圧縮機のエロージョンの発生を抑制しつつ大量の汚泥を乾燥処理し、汚泥から発生する消化ガスを有効利用することができる。
