Claims (7)
1. Postupak proizvodnje čvrstog goriva iz mulja od otpadne vode, u kojem se mulj od otpadne vode koji sadrži 2-8% suhog materijala najprije podvrgava mehaničkom uklanjanju vode, gdje se apsorpcijsku vodu uklanja, te proizvodimo mulj od otpadne vode sa sadržajem suhog materijala od 25-30%, gdje značajni udio preostale kapilarne vode, po mogućnosti najmanje pola, se uklanja sušenjem postupkom ubrzanog otparavanja, naznačen time što predosušimo mulj od otpadne vode koji sadrži 25-30% suhog materijala uz pomoć topline dimnog plina iz opreme za izgaranje kojom rukujemo do sadržaja suhog materijala od 50-55%, izvlačimo nastalu vodenu paru i plinove oslobođene tijekom predsušenja, njihovim filtriranjem po potrebi, te ih upotrebljavamo vraćajući ih u opremu za izgaranje, peletiramo mulj od otpadne vode koji sadrži 50-55% suhog materijala pod tlakom od 800 do 900 bara, te provodimo konačno sušenje tako dobivenog peleta kao proizvoda do sadržaja suhog materijala od 80-85% dodatnom upotrebom topline dimnog plina iz opreme za izgaranje kojom rukujemo, upotrebljavamo dio čvrstog peleta kao konačnog proizvoda, po mogućnosti 30-50%, kao gorivo u opremi za izgaranje kojom rukujemo.
2. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što u opremi za izgaranje kojom rukujemo održavamo ulaznu temperaturu zraka koji podržava gorenje na otprilike temperaturi komore za izgaranje opreme za izgaranje.
3. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1 ili 2, naznačen time što također upotrebljavamo toplinu dimnog plina iz opreme za izgaranje kod proizvodnje energije.
4. Postupak u skladu bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1-3, naznačen time što se dodatni dio čvrstog peleta kao konačnog proizvoda, po mogućnosti 70-50%, ohladi, te pakira.
5. Oprema za proizvodnju čvrstog goriva iz mulja od otpadne vode, koja ima jedinicu za mehaničko dehidratiranje, namijenjenu dodavanju mulja od otpadne vode, čiji je izlaz povezan s jedinicom za sušenje, osim toga sadrži opremu za izgaranje povezanu s jedinicom za sušenje, naznačen time što jedinica za sušenje (9) ima predsušilo (3), peletizacijski ekstruder (4) i krajnje sušilo (5), gdje je predsušilo (3) bubanj s dvostrukom stijenkom (30), te gdje je spiralna lopatica za miješanje (31) fiksirana unutar tog bubnja (30), gdje je krajnje sušilo (5) opremljeno trakama od nehrđajućeg čelika, a izlaz dimnog plina (61) opreme za izgaranje (6) prolazi između čeličnih traka preko izmjenjivača topline (62), gdje je prinudno izvlačenje zraka (50) krajnjeg sušila (5) povezano s ulazom (34) između dvije stijenke (32,33) bubnja s dvostrukom stijenkom (30) predsušila (3), gdje je spojnik za odsis (35) bubnja (30) povezan s komorom za izgaranje (63) opreme za izgaranje (6), po mogućnosti preko filtra (64), a osim toga je izlaz (51) krajnjeg sušila (5) na kraju čeličnih traka povezan s opremom za izgaranje (6) preko punjača goriva (65).
6. Oprema u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 5, naznačena time što je vanjska stijenka opreme za izgaranje (6) opremljena toplinskom izolacijom, a jedan ili više prostora koji podižu temperaturu plinova koji podržavaju izgaranje su načinjeni u stijenki i povezani su s komorom za izgaranje (63) opreme za izgaranje (6).
7. Oprema u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 5 ili 6, naznačena time što ima jedinicu za hlađenje (7), povezanu s krajnjim sušilom (5) i također uključuje jedinicu za pakiranje (8).
