Abstract

Настоящее изобретение относится к получению твердого топлива из осадков сточных вод, во время которого осадки сточных вод, содержащие 2-8% сухого материала, сначала подвергают механическому удалению воды, при котором удаляют абсорбционную воду и получают осадки сточных вод с содержанием сухого материала по меньшей мере 25-30%. Существенную долю оставшейся капиллярной воды, предпочтительно, по меньшей мере, половину от нее удаляют в ходе процесса ускоренного испарения высушиванием. Суть способа заключается в предварительной сушке осадков сточных вод, содержащих по меньшей мере 25-30% сухого материала, с использованием тепла дымовых газов управляемого оборудования для сжигания, с получением содержания сухого материала 50-55%, извлечении создаваемого пара и газов, выделяемых во время предварительной сушки, их фильтрации при необходимости и их утилизации путем их возврата в оборудование для сжигания.
