Abstract
Se describe un método y aparato para el procesamiento térmico de líquidos contaminados. El sistema emplea un quemador de chorro de impulsos eficiente y robusto como fuente de energía básica. Esta energía se usa luego para generar vapor que posteriormente puede usarse para una variedad de pasos de procesamiento y purificación. Se utiliza un enfoque de cámara múltiple: una cámara de quemador contiene el quemador de chorro de impulsos, una cámara de intercambiador de calor vecina utiliza esta energía térmica para iniciar el proceso de purificación que comenzó en una tercera cámara de coagulador vecina en la que los fluidos contaminados se introducen inicialmente en el sistema. Los líquidos combustibles que están separados de los fluidos contaminados pueden usarse para alimentar el chorro de pulso para una operación autónoma. Los gasees de combustible de alta temperatura del chorro de impulsos pasan a través de una caja de sobrealimentación y luego a un secador vortex que puede tener un secador de vórtice secundario para el secado inicial de combustibles sólidos húmedos.
