Abstract
本申请提供了生物质原料挤出除水、烟气烘干系统,通过锅炉烟气余热与挤出榨汁,对生物质原材料进行烘干,解决了烟气烘干对生物质原材料的二次污染问题,同时对烘干产生的蒸汽低温余热以及烟气低温余热进行回收,通过预热对锅炉进气进行预热,提高锅炉燃烧效率,从原材料中挤压榨取出的汁水,还可以作为有机肥料的原料。
Description
技术领域
本发明专利涉及以生物质作为燃料的生产加工工艺和设备领域,特别是涉及:一是对生物质原料在采用等距不等深螺纹挤出输送过程中去除水汁;二是通过烟气对生物质原料进行有效烘干系统。
背景技术
生物质可以作为一种替代燃煤的能源,它具有污染小、低碳排放的优点,包含的原材料极为丰富,包括木材加工废料、各种秸秆、粮种果实外壳、野生杂草等物料,通过粉碎、干燥、挤压制备而成。
生物质作为燃料对含水量要求在8%左右,含水量过高无法使用,通常这些原材料需要在场地通过自然风干晾晒一年,将内部水分通过自然挥发,将含水量从40-60%降低到8%左右,耗时长,同时需要占用大面积土地。
以往这些原材料只有两种途径处理,一部分找院内一片空地堆放起来,作为做饭、供暖的燃烧物使用,另一部分在田地就地焚烧成灰,作为肥料使用,两种处理方式都有严重的弊病,堆放自家院内易发生火灾,在田地焚烧不符合国家低碳环保相关规定,如何处理这些秸秆成了农村亟待解决的问题。
现阶段这些生物质原材料的烘干技术选用桶状体,旋转烘干,物料放入到桶状体内,不停旋转,桶状体内部通过高温热风进行吹干,燃耗大量的煤炭作为烘干热源,这些含水量较高的热风也无法得到有效回收,反而成了更大的浪费。
发明内容
本发明针对通过锅炉烟气余热与挤出榨汁,对生物质原材料进行烘干,解决了烟气烘干对生物质原材料的二次污染问题,同时对烘干产生的蒸汽低温余热以及烟气低温余热进行回收,通过预热对锅炉进气进行预热,提高锅炉燃烧效率,从原材料中挤压榨取出的汁水,还可以作为有机肥料的原料。
本发明是这样实现的,生物质原料挤出除水、烟气烘干系统,包括锅炉系统、挤出输送烟气烘干机、余热回收装置、烟气管道组成;
所述挤出输送烟气烘干机包括:外壳体、送料槽、挤出输送装置、接料槽、前端轴承座、末端轴承座、丁腈橡胶套组成;
所述挤出输送烟气烘干机安装时有30°到40°斜度,挤出的汁水通过设备的斜度自动向下流入送料槽底部的容器内;
所述外壳体由两种直径的管道以及两侧封板焊接而成,通过焊接封板使两根管同心,两根管道中间形成腔体作为烟气流道,并在流道的两端安装烟气法兰;
所述挤出输送装置包括:挤出段、搅拌段、输出段三部分组成,搅拌段、输出段的中轴管上钻满孔洞,孔洞用于收集蒸汽,搅拌段上焊接搅拌棒,用于打散挤压段挤出原材料;
所述末端轴承座包括:轴承、机械密封,机械密封动环与轴管连接,静环连接蒸汽管道,挤出输送装置的轴管收集到的蒸汽,通过机械密封传输到蒸汽管道当中;
所述丁腈橡胶套固定在挤出输送烟气烘干机末端,通过橡胶弹性自动收口,减少蒸汽直接从挤出输送烟气烘干机末端飘出;
所述余热回收装置包括:烟气换热器、蒸汽换热器组成,烟气换热器烟道端回收外壳体末端排出烟气,热量回收后排放到烟囱,蒸汽换热器。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、通过烟气余热对生物质原材料进行烘干,不使用高温热源。
2、采用特殊的等螺距不等深螺杆,挤出的生物质原材料汁水可生产肥料不浪费。
3、烘干后的烟气与回收蒸汽用于加热新风提高燃烧锅炉效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图1所示:原材料从送料槽101投入,启动电机15带动挤出输送装置14运转,挤出输送装置14前端固定在前端轴承座13上,挤压输送装置14末端固定在末端轴承座11内同时连接机械密封111动环内,机械密封111静环连接蒸汽管道12,管道12中段安装蒸汽泵10再连接蒸汽换热器6蒸汽进口,原材料需要通过挤出输送装置14等距不等深锥形挤出段141、搅拌烘干段142,蒸汽与物料输出段143从丁腈橡胶套102排出,落入接料槽4。
新风从新风机5吸入,进入蒸汽换热器6进行换热,再送入烟气换热器7二次换热,送入生物质锅炉2辅助燃烧,烟气送入烟气处理设备3进行过滤,过滤后的烟气送入烟气进口106,注入烟道层104烘干原材料,做工后的烟气从烟气出口105排出送入烟气换热器7烟气入口加热新风,后通过排烟风机8,将烟气送入烟囱9排出。

Claims (8)
1.生物质原料挤出除水、烟气烘干系统,其特征在于:包括锅炉系统、挤出输送烟气烘干机、余热回收装置、烟气管道组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述挤出输送烟气烘干机,其特征在于:外壳体、送料槽、挤出输送装置、接料槽、前端轴承座、末端轴承座、丁腈橡胶套组成。
3.根据权利要求1所述挤出输送烟气烘干机,其特征在于:安装时有30°到40°斜度,挤出的汁水通过设备的斜度自动向下流入送料槽底部的容器内。
4.根据权利要求2所述外壳体,其特征在于,外壳体由两种直径的管道以及两侧封板焊接而成,通过焊接封板使两根管同心,两根管道中间形成腔体作为烟气流道,并在流道的两端安装烟气法兰。
5.根据权利要求2所述挤出输送装置,其特征在于:挤出输送装置由挤出段、搅拌段、输出段三部分组成,搅拌段、输出段的中轴管上钻满孔洞,孔洞用于收集蒸汽,搅拌段上焊接搅拌棒,用于打散挤压段挤出原材料。
6.根据权利要求2所述末端轴承座,其特征在于,末端轴承座包括:轴承、机械密封,机械密封动环与轴管连接,静环连接蒸汽管道,挤出输送装置的轴管收集到的蒸汽,通过机械密封传输到蒸汽管道当中。
7.根据权利要求2所述丁腈橡胶套,其特征在于,所述丁腈橡胶套固定在挤出输送烟气烘干机末端,通过橡胶弹性自动收口,减少蒸汽直接从挤出输送烟气烘干机末端飘出。
8.根据权利要求1所述余热回收装置,其特征在于,余热回收装置由,烟气换热器、蒸汽换热器组成,烟气换热器烟道端回收外壳体末端排出烟气,热量回收后排放到烟囱,蒸汽换热器。
