Abstract

　腐食性液体に一部が接触する使用条件においても、耐食性に優れ、且つ十分な吸引力が得られる電磁石アクチュエータを提供することを目的とする。この発明に係る電磁石アクチュエータ５０は、腐食性の液体１７を使用する装置に組み込まれる電磁石アクチュエータ５０であって、磁極ピース１と、外周ヨーク６と、底部ヨーク５と、ボビン巻コイル２と、外周ヨーク６の外周面に設けられる段付部６ａと、少なくともボビン巻コイル２及び磁極ピース１に腐食性の液体１７が侵入するのを抑制する防水部８と、腐食性の液体１７内に設けられ、磁極ピース１、外周ヨーク６、及び底部ヨーク５と共に磁気回路を形成する可動板１２とを備え、電磁石アクチュエータ５０自身に又は腐食性の液体１７を使用する装置との間に可動板１２を収容する空間１４を設けると共に、段付部６ａより小径側が腐食性の液体１７を使用する装置に組み込まれることを特徴とする。
