Abstract

 フッ素系樹脂又は炭化水素系樹脂に放射線を照射し、この樹脂にイオン交換性の官能基を有する又はイオン交換性の官能基を導入可能なラジカル重合性モノマーとヒドロキシシリル基又はアルコキシシリル基を有するラジカル重合性モノマーとを共グラフト重合させた後、イオン交換性の官能基を導入可能なラジカル重合性モノマーを用いた場合はイオン交換性の官能基を導入し、次いでリン原子を含有したヒドロキシシリル基又はアルコキシシリル基を有するモノマーを含浸させることを特徴とする固体高分子電解質膜の製造方法。  本発明の燃料電池用固体高分子電解質膜、この電解質膜を用いることで非常に高性能の燃料電池とすることができる。
